“This taco truck is hands-down one of my absolute favorites! The burritos are packed with so much flavor and the portion sizes are perfect — super satisfying every time. Their green and red salsas are amazing, and the fried jalapeños are honestly the best in town.

The horchata is delicious, the tacos are incredible, and I’ve never tried anything here that I didn’t love. Everything is consistently fresh, fast, and reasonably priced. If you haven’t tried this spot yet, you’re missing out! 🌮“

“While in the PNW from the East Coast, i needed my Taco Time fix in Silverdale. I forgot my wallet with cash & credit cards in it on the counter and I didn't catch her name, but one of the employees turned it in with everything in it. I am so grateful and so happy to know there are still good honest people out there!! May God bless her and the other employees there!!🥰“

“I was checking out their food truck in the Chevron parking lot while I was pumping gas. A woman walking to her car told me try it out as it was delicious! She actually walked over & showed me she had! I tried my first quesadillas and it was truly a bite of heaven! I will be back! The food was great & service was fast and friendly!“

We had my 82 year old Mom with us for her bday and they sang, brought her ice cream and she got to wear a sombrero! Very accommodating with extra sides, chips and waters. Patient and friendly. “I went to Tacos El Ray LLC tonight looking for some crunchy tacos for my wife. I new they didn't actually serve them, but they did have nachos with crunchy chips •• or so I thought.
I got the Birria tacos for myself •• and they were awesome. Before my order was ready for pick up, I asked if a roasted jalapeño could be added; and without hesitation the cashier said yes. Didn't charge me and I received two yummy, spicey peppers.
Now, about the nachos •• the beef was nicely seasoned and cooked; but the chips themselves were gummy in texture. My guess would be the fryer wasn't at the proper temperature because it was every chip; even ones without any other ingredients (cheese, meat, etc) on them. Great flavor and my wife enjoyed the beef, but on this visit the chips could've been markedly better.“

“This is our new favorite Mexican restaurant. We sit in the bar and every single time service is amazing. Luis and the staff are attentive, speedy, fun, nice, and funny. “I have had some pretty dry, salty and greasy street tacos before so I pretty much swore off them. So many of my coworkers rave about this place, so finally I gave in and tried them out.
I must say, I am so glad that I did! They were the most flavorful, juicy, tender I have had! And there tamales...pack with meat! Unlike others I tried where you woukd have to search for the meat!
The street tacos were so good, that i had to try the lengua. Why did I do that?? The meat tender, flavorful and rich! Thinking that they are the same at other places, I tried another taco truck near my home town...🤮, tasted like tuff chewy liver. Learned my lesson!!

“I've been eating here regularly for over a year now. The food has improved a lot during this time. While it is a chain, it has been family owned for under 2 years, and the owners have been actively sourcing fresher and more natural ingredients over time. I've noticed a big change in food quality and it was never bad to begin with. The staff are friendly, capable, and consistent, and the pricing is fair compared to similar spots.

I grew up near a Taco Del Mar store and that establishment was not well-managed so the ingredients were never fresh. So I had a negative bias against this store because I associated it with my experience growing up. It’s now one of my favorite places to eat, thanks to the owners’ dedication, attention to detail, and genuine care.

While it is fast food it appears they are working to create a dine-in experience and are already offering an opportunity for folks to get fast food that is healthy.“

“I am pregnant and smelled the chicken cooking as we drove by and the baby started kicking! Husband knew if we didn’t go today, it would only be a matter of hours or days until we came back 🤣. We shared a taco plate (+1 extra taco) and x2 tamarind jarritos for $28. We had two of each chicken, pork, and carne asada with the green salsa. Everything was really good (the quality and seasoning on the meats, the corn tortillas, all of the produce), which was the perfect amount of food (while running errands and doing chores). Everyone working was also very nice. Overall decent pricing, delicious food, and really great service. We are def going to come back to try some other items!“

Britana was Amazing, the service was fast, the sandwich was fresh, meaty and delicious- a great place to catch a game and have lunch, breakfast or dinner. I gat a great IPA, a lesson in Pull Tabs and had a terrific time Beating Cole at billiards! Ha- if you're on your way to the ferry, make sure to stop at Cole's! You won't be sorry! “Love their food, its always fresh and hot. I just wish they had hotter than hot sauce, like in Oregon. We always get the CRISP Meat Burrito, Mexican fries, or the Casita Burrito. Never been disappointed. Must try their white chicken chili, it has a great flavor. Their prices are fair and walkways leave full and satisfied. We never go home without a bottle of their hot sauce.“

“I only visited for a moment to purchase some tortillas. It's not in a very good are. There's no indoor waiting area, so a line forms trailing out of the door onto the sidewalk. It's very busy and noisy inside. But to each there own. My main issue was the tortillas. I grew up in a Hispanic household. My abuela would make fresh tortillas every week. There's nothing better than fresh hand made tortillas. Unfortunately that's not what they sell. The tortillas they sell here are machine pressed and cut. They are nearly identical to Guerrero brand tortillas which you can buy at Fred Meyer. All of which are white people tortillas. They taste fake, the texture feels fake. I am very disappointed! My Nana would have hit me with her chancla if she caught me eating these. I can't speak on anything else they serve here. But if you are looking for good handmade tortillas you will not find them here.“

“I've been meaning to stop by for quite some time and finally made it in yesterday! Great menu with lots of 'little cravings' I opted for a "simple" mocha shake which was far from simple - rim coated in chocolate ganache & chocolate sprinkles, piled high with fresh whip cream and a mini-brownie. The mocha shake itself was perfection. My son got a double scoop ice cream and loved it. I can't wait to go back for more than dessert & try some of the savory treats.“

“The workers are all fairly nice and for what it's worth the restraunt looks fairly well kept. I go here often with friends and family. As much as I like this place there are a few greivances I must share. For one, the burritos don't seem as high bar as they used to or are supposed to be. Alot more greasier and sloppier than it used to be and the more insulting of differences is the horchata. If I'm paying extra for horchata rather than having just a soda, I'd like it to taste how it is supposed to but they have really dropped the ball on this and often the horchata tastes quite watered down.
This place is absolutely deserves the 4 stars though, excellent and speedy service, affordable prices for the food they serve and the taste is unmatched by most other small local Mexican restaurants and I highly recommend this place. Fingers crossed they do something about the horchata at least🤞 please and thank you!“

“I stopped in for the first time today. I am always hunting for a great torta, and I definitely found it. I had a carne asada torta. I added cheese and cilantro. It is now my #1 favorite (in Washington). The lady that was at the counter was so nice! The green hot sauce in a bottle is so flavorful. I'm going back to try more items for sure. In my opinion it was better, faster and cheaper than the other taquiras that are close by. I am saying this for the torta specifically. The other places also have tasty stuff, but this torta hit different in the best way.“
