It’s a cool place. The wait was longer than I wanted but it wasn’t bad.

I ordered a burger and it was good but I was expecting it to be larger than it was. I was a little disappointed in the cost-to-size ratio.

If you want a good burger, this is a fine place, just don’t expect to get a large meal at a good price/. You’ll get a meal at a more costly price and you’ll pay extra for sauces.“

“Enjoyed several visits here during our vacation stay in Whidbey. It quickly became our go-to morning stop due to friendly staff and good coffee and pastries. Waiting area outside was nice for the whole family. They were genuine and kind, interacted with our kids (five of them), and made us feel welcome. Their coffee was also very good. They even took the extra time to make some good island visit recommendations. We are so grateful we tried this place on day one!“

“Super happily and comfortably spent the afternoon writing my thesis at Red Door, and I must say that the tables are well-organised for coffee chats or any form of remote work or study.

The owner was extremely courteous and kind, and gave me a free shot of espresso when they did not have enough batch brew for my order.

I didn’t give it 5 stars because the price waitress through us off asking for a tip (assuming a tip was going to be provided) via Venmo, cash, or PayPal. I have never been asked to provide a tip with another method versus what I am paying with. That’s one, and 2, what if I didn’t want to leave a tip to begin with? (Obviously I did) but in the event that I didn’t that was going to be an awkward conversation.“

“We ate at Katana for my husband’s birthday dinner. It was a busy weeknight. We were greeted by a lovely hostess who immediately made us feel welcome. Our server, Kingsley, was absolutely phenomenal- definitely one of the top servers we have ever encountered anywhere! She was tending to multiple tables, bar customers, and also making drinks. She was easily one of the busiest employees there, yet she kept a big smile on her face and a kind, positive spirit throughout our entire service. The sushi was delicious, as always. Katana is consistently reliable to serve good food, but this time we had especially amazing service as well. I highly recommend katana for a family celebrating a special occasion!“

“I have had some pretty dry, salty and greasy street tacos before so I pretty much swore off them. So many of my coworkers rave about this place, so finally I gave in and tried them out.
I must say, I am so glad that I did! They were the most flavorful, juicy, tender I have had! And there tamales...pack with meat! Unlike others I tried where you woukd have to search for the meat!
The street tacos were so good, that i had to try the lengua. Why did I do that?? The meat tender, flavorful and rich! Thinking that they are the same at other places, I tried another taco truck near my home town...🤮, tasted like tuff chewy liver. Learned my lesson!!

“This Woods Coffee is in one of my favorite parts of Everett. Just off of Marine View Dr, it is easy to get into and out of the city from here. This makes the location ideal for business meetings. The staff has been professional every time as well. They have a gluten free breakfast sandwich that I just love!“

The line was wrapping around the building and we just wanted to leave…you could sell the cans to people ready to buy, but we still had to wait to close out…🤔 the beer and the venue were great otherwise…that line just took FOREVER and we felt like unnecessarily. Additionally, multiple people had cash ready for the ladies selling the $5 beers (that’s plus tax), and they were only taking those with cards on file….let them take cash next time…it will help the line wind down!“
