“We came for our anniversary. Our server Michelle was fantastic. Great personality! She had accidentally put in the wrong steak for my husband, but was incredibly apologetic and corrected the error quickly. The head chef even came out and apologized for the error. He personally brought my husbands meal out when it was finished and even came back again to check on how everything turned out. Very personal and professional staff all the way around. Already can't wait to come back!“

“This is one of my family's favorite burger places here in Everett and they make good Gyros too. Have been coming here since they opened, think that was in 2011. Have tried many of their gourmet burgers and gyros. I also like the Greek salad with gyro meat. My favorite as of late is their basic burger, as it come dressed with letuce, tomatoes, onion, pickles and sauce. Which is how I like my burgers. The char cooking is noticeable and a nice touch on the burgers too.“

I had the nicest young man handling my order. He even offered to top my lemonade before I left. “The wait for food here is ALWAYS ridiculous. I'm not sure if it is because there is a lack of enough staff or something else. I will say, the burgers are excellent, but not worth an hour plus wait. We waited in line for roughly 15 minutes just to order and there were only 2 ppl in front of us. Then another 55+ minutes to get our food. When we got it home, fries and O-rings were BURNT. I'm so disappointed.“

“We ate at Katana for my husband’s birthday dinner. It was a busy weeknight. We were greeted by a lovely hostess who immediately made us feel welcome. Our server, Kingsley, was absolutely phenomenal- definitely one of the top servers we have ever encountered anywhere! She was tending to multiple tables, bar customers, and also making drinks. She was easily one of the busiest employees there, yet she kept a big smile on her face and a kind, positive spirit throughout our entire service. The sushi was delicious, as always. I was surprised to be paying for bread though. They served a delish peach cake for an anniversary treat. The service was great. “I did LOVE this place as my go to place for Pho is no longer around. The very first time I ordered I asked for hoisin sauce on the side and got no hoisin sauce at all. I called and asked they said to put it in the notes that I wanted it on the side. I said okay fine. So I put it in the notes on the side the next time I ordered from this place. still got no hoisin sauce. Figured I'd give it one more try so I tried it today wrote it on the side and got no Hoisin sauce. So I called the place and explained the situation and they said that that was their bad and they misunderstood. No rectifying no nothing I hung up out of complete disappointment. I'm done trying this place now. Which super sucks.“

“I have loved teriyaki burger stop since I was in high school! For the past 13 years I have gone there just for the teriyaki chicken burgers. They are so good! And you can't get them anywhere else. Anytime we are ever back in Everett we stop here to get the teriyaki chicken burgers. They are even better with cheese and bacon. It has been the same amazing taste for all of the years I've been going there. It brings me back to my teenage memories every time. This place is the best. My husband and I had our first date here. This place will forever live in our hearts and I hope it stays open forever“
