“I went in there tonight around 8 pm and my waiter absolutely sucked. He asked me 3 times what we needed which we told him refill of drink and breadsticks. We watched him walk back and forth 3-4 times not grabbing what we asked for and had to ask him again. He got my husband’s order wrong then proceeded back to our table to let us know he wrote it right but the kitchen got it wrong, all while being back to our table 3 times still without what we asked for but made sure to let us know who was to blame. The manager literally saved the night. He apologized and made things right with us. My husband and I frequent Olive Garden often but usually in eastern Washington where we live. We were in Vancouver on business. Thank you to the night manager for making things right. We will continue to choose Olive Garden solely due
to this manager.“

“I had an amazing experience at Olive Garden thanks to my server, Emma. From the moment I was seated, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. She made the experience incredible, checked in at just the right times, and gave great menu recommendations.
Emma’s positive attitude and professionalism really stood out—she made me feel welcomed and taken care of throughout the entire meal. It’s rare to find service that truly enhances the dining experience, but she absolutely delivered.
Phenomenal service all around. I’ll definitely be back, and hope to have Emma as my server again! Even drive from Texas just to have her phenomenal recommendations and exceptional service again!“

“Might become my new 'value Lunch' spots. The Lunch Combo I had, King Pao Beef was very flavorful, colorful, nice presentation. Soup is included with lunch. Prices are $3-4 under the other Chinese places often mentioned in the area. Pretty small, Only a dozen or so chairs. Had Lunar New Year parade on the one TV.“
