The star of the show, of course, is the pho. Their broth is rich, clear, and layered with flavor perfectly balanced between savory depth and aromatic spices without ever feeling too heavy. The noodles always come out with the right chew, and the portions of meat are generous and tender, whether you go for brisket, rare steak, or a combination bowl. A squeeze of lime and a handful of basil bring everything together, making each bite fresh and satisfying.

Beyond pho, their menu is full of standouts. We tried a handful of items and were very pleased with the quality, flavor and value we received. The XLB were savory, deliciously soupy and tender. The clear shrimp dumpling (har gow) were plump. the wrapper was soft, smooth and not slippery at all! The pork shu mai were packed with perfectly seasoned steamed pork. Paired with the chili crisp, these were so good. The bbq pork bao were next level. The filling was moist and flavorful while the outer bun itself was fluffy, soft and delicate. Perfect Combo! The crispy pork belly was exactly as described. Super crispy! The meat was tender and flavorful. We were also given a chocolate mousse to try. boy was I pleasantly surprised. It wasn’t too sweet but was so fluffy and perfectly chocolatey. Hap steam is quaint and cozy. Few seats inside may be an issue for bigger parties. Restaurant is clean and staff is very kind.
