“This is by far the best taco truck I’ve ever eaten at!!! There are so many options, especially for vegetarians- their veggie tacos and mulitas are so delicious and flavorful! Normally it can be hard to find a taco truck with a truly delicious veggie taco, but this truck seasons their veggies really nicely and has a full blend of potatoes, mushroom, onions, and bell peppers that make the tacos super filling and SO tasty!!! Their salsas are also really yummy. I highly recommend paying a visit here!! Very vegetarian / vegan friendly and so worth it!“

“They were the food truck option at my kid's Innovation High School readiness evening and they were a hit! I got the asada bowl, the kid got the asada sandwich and my wife got the el Diablo torta and every one of them was fantastic.

There is a slight kick to the meals, but I didn't think it was too bad.

“Centro is the best restaurant in Burien delivering a creative seasonal menu and every review is delicious! The owners are extremely involved in the Burien Community and the staff is amazing! Right now my favorites are the fish taco, salmon cevice and paloma. But doraditos, cauliflower nachos, brusselsprouts, habanero enchiladas and avocado salsa are forever my favorites! oh and Churros! & hibiscus tea 🌺Try everything!💖🥰 & Emily is my favorite server (pictured)!“

“This has been our weekly go to spot for tacos, especially for taco tuesday, you can't beat the price (around $1.50 a taco on taco tues.) They have the freshest ingredients and an amazing salsa bar with all the topping options available.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would in a heartbeat. No questions & agreed by my entire fam & friends & people at work, these are one of the best street tacos around, and trust I've eaten a ton of tacos in my time and, no joke, I've been to a majority of taco joints/spots/stands/trucks/restaurants in the Seattle area. “An absolute must try for anyone who even vaguely enjoys mexican food. I get an adobada burrito with a diet coke every tuesday for lunch and it is a highlight of my week. The burrito is imo the best ive ever had, and i used to live in LA! The tortilla, the quality and ratio of the fillings, the delicious meat, it all comes together to create an experience that cheers me up for the rest of the day no matter how rough the morning was. The staff of course are polite and professional and the service is always quick, definitely deserving of a hefty tip. The sitting area is clean, comfortable, indoors, and with enough space that ive never had to wait for a table. Quality control is top notch, with every burrito coming out the same every time ive ordered. If there ever was a perfect food truck, this is it. I know im glazing them so hard it might sound like this is a fake review, but i promise that im a real person with high standards for my burritos at that, check my other google reviews if you dont believe me. We absolutely love Viva Mexico Restaurant. The quality of the food and drinks is always top-notch and well worth every dollar. I’m not sure if it’s family-owned, but it definitely feels that way. The atmosphere is warm, genuine, and welcoming — the kind of place where the staff remembers your name and makes you feel like part of their family.

It’s also one of the few truly kid- and family-friendly restaurants in the White Center area, which makes it even more special for us. We’ve celebrated birthdays, random weeknight dinners, and just about everything in between here, and every visit has been wonderful. Everyone on staff is great, but it’s always an extra treat when Joel is our server! He is always so patient with us getting our kids settled good recommendations and just overall a great server - thank you Joel!

You can’t go wrong with the carne asada or taco salads (my personal favorite, especially with a side of deep-fried jalapeños). Whether you’re stopping in for a family meal, casual dinner, or a drink with friends, their non-alcoholic options, margaritas, and cocktails never disappoint.

“The Velas run an outstanding operation here. The food is always excellent, the portions are huge, everything is fresh, and it's consistent with each visit. They are so nice and friendly. The kindness and love they show you is cooked into the food as well. Authentic Mexican cuisine through and through. Once in a while I'll get the hot dog or burger, because its better from there than when I go to actual hot dog and burger spots. This spot just doesn't disappoint. We have a little event coming up and we're going to have them cater it because we know it will be a hit. We're excited to have them all to ourselves for the day 😁“

“We hired Express Mexican Grill for my grand-daughters wedding this weekend. I was a little worried since 1/2 of the party was Latino, but they assured us that they would put together the best mix for us. They pulled up to the venue on time and food was set up for eating in 30-40 minutes. IT WAS FABULOUS!!!! When they left they put leftover food in trays and guests continued eating till it was almost gone. We have already referred others to them and would like to recommend them to you.
