“My family always uses this cake shop for a birthday cake. Everyone including my wife and daughters loves the cakes here. This is Japanese style taste and might be a bit different from what you normally get in other cake shops around here but as a Japanese family this is what we prefer. My and my wife's recommendation is Mont Blanc Cake.“

“So I really wanted cookies when my buddies and I were on a bachelor party trip and they wanted ice cream, so I found out this place has cookie dough so while they got ice cream, I got insanely delicious cookie dough that only cost me $3.28 for THREE CHUNKS OF COOKIE DOUGH (see picture below, I ate one before I could even get my camera out). WHAT A STEAL. Anyways, the wedding was fun but the cookie dough will never be forgotten. 5/5.“

“Amazing service! There was such a long time and only one employee. There gentleman working was super fast but also had conversations with everyone so no one felt rushed. He deserves to be employee of the year with how he managed to be the only employee serving so many people and still managed to smile and make every customer smile!“

“I freaking love Cold Stone! They have such a wide variety of flavors and toppings, and I love the whole concept of creating your own custom ice cream combination. It makes getting ice cream feel like an experience rather than just ordering a scoop.
The staff were on top of everything—attentive, friendly, and welcoming. And of course, the ice cream was absolutely delicious! I always find myself craving Cold Stone whenever I’m in the mood for something sweet.
Definitely one of my go-to ice cream spots!“

“I noticed there are a lot of bad reviews about the customer service, so I think it may depend on the day you visit. I went on a Saturday, and there was a man and a young girl working. The customer service was great—I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help when I was looking into the cake fridge. The ice cream cake is always so good. I got the 6” Oreo ice cream and it was delish!! Thank you again for the two working early Saturday! My boyfriend was really happy!“
