The menu had only pho , different sizes and different options. Chicken and beef.

I ordered the small beef combo and my partner ordered the extra large beef combo.

We were served a couple cream puffs as a complimentary appetizer. They were a nice airy creamy treat to start the meal. We didn’t have to wait long for our pho to arrive.
The small was a perfect amount of me and my partner finished the extra large, it was huge.

The broth was delicious, it hit the spot . We loved the chewy texture of the noodles. Overall we really enjoyed this restaurant and will be coming back, especially because it’s five minutes away from us.“

Over time and my evolving tastes and the changing vegan restaurant scene I have only grown more fond of this unique Jem. I was so bummed to hear they were supposed to close at the end of this year due to lease issues.
