“It’s really pretty here inside and out. GREAT bar and bartender! We were made to feel very welcome by everyone including one of the owners. Really great steak and the fried chicken was amazing, I could have just had a bowl of the gravy that came with that, it was so good. Very nice cocktails and the cheesecake wow! Really good place and we will be back.“

“While their food is basically amazing every time, it takes so LONG to get food. Last time that I ordered, for myself and a few coworkers, they told me 25 minutes, after 25 minutes I showed up, food still wasn't done, I realize things take time but, when I got there, after the time I was told, I was told it would be an additional 25 minutes, I have a 30 minute lunchbreak, the person cooking that day, wasn't super nice about the fact that our food would be longer. Multiple eye rolls happened. When we did finally get our food, bacon was overcooked and euros were barely luke warm.“

“I had already dropped in to try a few items (Harvest salad, Mac & Cheese, Beans) the week before. Great service and the large Harvest salad with an additional chicken breast made for an excellent meal on its own. Loved the Mac & Cheese sauce! I prefer baked beans so the beans weren’t for me but I’m sure a lot of people love them as they’re prepared. For Christmas Dinner I ordered the prime rib, rare, so that it would be medium rare by the time I got home in south Vancouver. The owner told me it had been resting in the warming oven for a while so it should be fully cooked and I asked for one closer to medium rare. It was delicious as was the au jus. Very flavorful. I had the Harvest Salad because it was so wonderful the first time, the buttermilk whipped potatoes and the Mac & Cheese. I find most BBQ places bake their M&C drying the whole thing out and it’s flavorless. Not at Nest Food Truck Ridgefield! Very flavorful and mixed together with creaminess! The cheesy sauce and just a hint of spice to it that made you notice it but not so spicy that Grandma couldn’t enjoy it. But the green beans… It may not be proper to rave about a vegetable at a barbecue place but I swear they were the best green beans I’ve ever tasted! Fresh and crispy and sautéed in some delicious fat and flavor, I would finish the entire dish after everyone had their fill if they were on the table for dinner! I must learn how to make them myself. I’m thinking Gartner's Meats pepper cured bacon grease (oh no! Not another chance for pepper cured bacon to make some grease) sautéed green beans? Maybe asparagus too? Anyway, I took advantage of their amazing offer to take home a hot meal in Christmas for $36! Most businesses offer it for pickup in Christmas Eve and you have to heat it all up yourself. This was a genuine treat, 10 out of 10 of would recommend. Oh! And let’s not forget the yummy pistachio cake!“

“The food here is delicious. The Klondike tavern offers quality options that include offerings for vegetarians, vegans, and gluten free diets. Their cocktails are delicious and their staff is friendly and shows great hustle. The new owner has done wonders for this place as a go to food destination in St. Helens. Beyond the good food and drinks, they also have great events! Just in the last few weeks they have hosted live music, drag shows, charity balls, and even a paranormal investigator during Halloweentown this year. The owner works hard to give local artists and musicians performance opportunities and hosts events that benefit local non-profits while ensuring no one is turned away based on ability to pay. St. Helens is already benefitting from the energizing new venue. I can't wait until they finish the rehabilitation of our historic hotel, as I am sure it is going to create even more wonderful opportunities for residents and visitors alike.“

We left a tip just because the food was good; then her attitude was a little better. But I had another tip too that is: if you don’t like your job get another one. Five stars for the food!“

“My family loves to come to Fuel, and we do go almost weekly. We have always had the best service and the food has always been AMAZING! We eagerly wait to hear what their daily specials are, but the grilled cheese with tomato bisque is our standard order. I love the elk chili and the meat & cheese tray. Then there is the dessert, a skillet cookie to die for! I've seen other reviews that weren't too stellar but we have never had issues, even with a group that kept getting larger. The seating arrangements can't handle very large groups, so expect to sit at tables nearby for groups larger than 8.“
