“For a gas station burrito, it was pretty good. I got the carne asada deluxe burrito and my sister got a chicken burrito and it was pretty good. It had a lot of beans and rice though, so kind of expensive with how little meat was in the burritos. Good flavor though. Went through the drive-thru and the service was really slow, but fresh ingredients“

“I stopped by to pick up a drink for my friend & I had the absolute pleasure of being helped out by Trinity. She is soooo kind, social, funny, knowledgeable and compassionate. Normally when I stop by somewhere to buy a drink or something it's quick & nothing stands out. I'll literally never forget this interaction because those few minutes I spent waiting for the drink, I had a blast with Trinity, she is so fun to talk to! I was tempted to just order another drink and sit there all day chatting with her if i didn't have to get home because we clicked so amazingly in that short time. I'll need to go by more often to see my new friend, Trinty definitely went above and beyond. Easily the best service I've ever experienced in my life, I didn't feel like i was buying a drink but instead catching up with a dear friend, she is easily a people person and Northwest Grind x Bubbleology knew what they were doing when she got hired. Also, my friend said she loved her drink and goes there all the time and is never disappointed, her and Trinity know each other also and my friend had nothing but amazing things to say about Trinity also!! I think it's safe to say she is and will always be my favorite Barista. Someone please give Trinity the raise she clearly deserves!!“

“So today around lunchtime, I ordered food for myself, my kid and my lady. We had a small wait at the window so we were eager to get home to eat. I say this because we didn't check the bag. I was missing 2 of the chicken little sandwiches! Heartbreak. I then grabbed the stk, extra stk burrito I ordered. No extra stk! Again, Heartbreak. My wife went back and they sent me this beaut. It's not about messing up, we all make mistakes. It's about how you make it right. Go team Yelm!“

“Yes, the food is too expensive now (it is everywhere). But this has been the most consistent McDonald’s I’ve been to in a long time (and we’ve admittedly been here quite a few times since moving to Yelm earlier this year). The staff is always friendly towards us, and even when there’s a wait (like when we order 6 hash browns in the drive thru), they’re always communicative.
After downloading the app we just use the deals they have on there to save us a few bucks when we go, because we’ve enjoyed our experiences here and when we’re too lazy to pass up on the convenience of not having to cook, well ??♂️“

“We just left this store a little bit ago and it was the best experience we’ve had at a Subway in a very long time. Sarah helped us today and she was an absolute pleasure! They recently got new management and it was like a different restaurant, in both the quality of food and service. We will absolutely be visiting again!“

“Came here tonight with my kids and had good. Service from a younger pretty red head girl. Our sandwiches were great and just everything overall was good. I The reason I wanted to write a review tho was becsuse my daughter left her purse with phone, headphones and wallet with money at our table. I I came back n hour later thinking she left it at Walmart bathroom. Walmart was absolutely no help but when I went into the subway and asked they said yep we got it! I everything was still in the bag as if it was never messed with. I was in shock when the young man handed it to me. I hope both employees who worked tonight get some sort of recognition because in this day in age I really didn't expect to find anything! thanks subway. 5/15/22“

“just to be aware, the Yelm location does not participate in a lot of the promotions. we were going to do two of the $20 fill up combos, we selected our location and noted that it did not say internet exclusive. the nice girl inside stated it was only on the internet. so instead we ended up paying $54 for Less food because we did not use their app. I'm a firm believer in the fact that there should be some special bonuses to doing online purchases, however if it is not clearly stated online only and you go into the restaurant the management should be able to make an exception. I can't imagine how many times people have probably yelled at these employees for such a poor decision! I wasn't going to go outside and play the online order game I just placed our order and was very polite to the young lady and moved on but I definitely will be making different decisions if I'm craving chicken which is sad because in my opinion it's the best in the area“

“Ordered a kids cheeseburger with no mustard and extra pickles. Printed that way on the receipt as well. We got a burger with no cheese, mustard and 2 pickles. Is 2 pickles extra? No cheese and mustard was present as a blob in the middle w ketchup. We normally don’t have issues at this location.“
