I tried the focaccia bread and I hope it sticks around! It’s amazing! I may have found my new go-to sandwich place!“

“This is a very good subway. The staff is excellent. The food is always fresh and you can either sit inside and or it’s quick if you want takeout.

Parking: There’s plenty of parking and there is handicap parking

“Chebs Hut in three ( 3 ) blunts. White Widow - all the flavors and textures especially with garlic bread, just an amazing sandwich! Magic Mushroom - yo, portobello and Asian flavors on that garlic bread, hell yeah!! Dank - pizza sub. Perfect cheese n pepperoni, lots but so yummy and perfect! Had fun at the bar, great vibe from the staff and patrons. My kinda joint 😀“

“The manager was one of the nicest people I met while in Middleton, visiting the area for a high school hockey championship. I was immediately greeted, treated courteously and respectfully, and was overall very impressed! I know he was the manager as another individual came in to ask for a manager and he introduced himself as such. Plus, my sandwich was very good!“

“We had the French dip and gyros sandwiches, which were both quite good. A nice lunch. The restaurant interior is less funky than dumpy. We suggest a paint job, new furniture and clean up the terrazzo floor. The food is more important though. Very good!“

She knew and admitted it was her own fault but staff was completely accommodating and made her a new sandwich no cost. “Great location. Seems like its being managed well. When my now wife worked at a different location, she'd always take off those god awful effing tree branches attached to the spinach leaves. So when I get them now, I tend to judge a bit more. I'm just spoiled is what I'm trying to say.. But yeah they need to do something about leaving the whole plant on the spinach leaf. Steams on jalapeños and banana peppers too. I understand it's how it's delivered, but you don't put out the tomatoes how they are delivered, right? You prep them. So just prep everything. Treat it like someone is paying you for it. Cuz they are. ? Okay I'm making this into a bigger deal than it needs to be. Because it's a universal subway issue, not just an issue with this location. So yeah over all, fun and kind staff, clean, and well managed.“

“Wow - what a pleasant dining option at the Memorial Union! It offers both made to order sandwiches and salads as well as grab and go items. I was totally impressed with the quinoa black salad I ordered for lunch - excellent mix of textures and the flavors of the components complimented each other. There are no tables at Carte to dine-in, but its not difficult to find a table elsewhere in the Union (Strada, the Rathskeller, the Terrace).“

“The subs here are good quality with a nice selection of meats and toppings. I'd say the quality is above Jimmy John's and Cousins (better bread, fresh meats, great ratio of filling to bread), but below Jersey Mike's (the meat isn't grilled and the bread selection isn't quite as good), and it's priced accordingly. This location is supremely fast, and the sub is almost always done before I finish filling my drink. The physical location is also prime, as it's located across the street from the university's two largest dorms and below many of the university's offices of employment. The restaurant has bar seating with a nice view of East Campus Mall. A great spot for a quick lunch or dinner.“

“Girl, with all the piercings, kind of gave me a hard time because I walked and chose to do a mobile order while I was already there. The app doesn't give a description of what's in a sandwich, so I went to the store first to read what they have in it. The food was good, the dining room is super tiny. Seating sucks. I guess cause it's downtown.“

“Food was good, service was slow at the start. Atmosphere wasn't the greatest. There were about 6 to 7 young men in there. Manners had alot to be desired. The younger ones just noisy and the older ones were just rude. At end of their meal they had a small food fight. Never cleaned it up. They just left . Glad they're not my kids. Embarrassing.“

“We had a large event ordering 20 boxes of the 30 mini Jimmy sandwiches split in two nearby locations (600 total sandwiches each wrapped on its own). Shawn was helpful in placing the order. The delivery was right on time to each location and orders were accurate and easily labeled- I missed the name of the delivery person but they were great! We ordered a box that had two types of “unwiches” for each location and the individual sandwiches had even been labeled. This was a wonderful experience and we look forward to ordering from them in the future!“
