“Terrible service, waited 15 minutes to get order taken and another 12 min to receive food . The breakfast sandwiches were cold cheese was not melted , meat was cold. Price too high for cold food and 30 minutes of wait time. Never again will I visit that Hardee's again.“

“We had the best experience there today (Eau Claire location) from the time that we walked in, we noticed the cook (Joe) was on top of everything. The food looked phenomenal from even at the counter. After that, the food was served personally by Joe, tasted delicious and had over the top presentation. Joe was friendly and had excellent customer service. He also made several rounds to provide extra breadsticks, even asked if we would like a container to carry them in without us even mentioning anything. He was taking on several roles there and was on top of everything. He made our experience the best we've ever had.“

“I come to Culver’s pretty much every week, and it never disappoints. The food is always fresh and tastes great every time I go. The place has a really chill, relaxed vibe, which makes it a nice spot to hang out with friends or just grab a quick meal. Overall, it’s super consistent and definitely one of my favorite places to eat with my friends.“

“Why is every Arby's so damn sticky!? Do y'all thicken your surface cleaner with corn syrup? We were the only ppl in there, and it looked like they had just cleaned, and I'm stuck to the floor.
Food wise, it was typical. One of my buffalo chicken sliders was the woodiest nastiest chicken breast I've ever had in my life. Oh and a bit skimpy on the tartar sauce on the fish sandwich.“

“I can’t say that every experience I’ve had at this location is fanominal - I can’t tell you how many times I’ve just tried to ask for ketchup and they already slammed the door with no plans to reopen for me, forcing me to drive back around. Anyways today I went around 3:30 on 4/1 and the girl in the drive through was AMAZING friendliest service I’ve had at canes, only had one error and it was she didn’t hear that we had ordered a large drink- so she let us keep the medium and gave us a large. She was super friendly, helpful, and overall just provided great service! I hope her work does not go unnoticed“

“I reccomend Ar ys for the food by as late they havebt been that good at telling people thank you. At the Ar us by the old Shopko my food was slid across the counter and that was it. Plus tonight 7/23/19 literally just a few minutes ago a bunch of big wigs from the franchise office or wherever they were from were handing out my food. Not one of them said thank you to me. The young lady behind the counter that took my order Lauren I think her name was...said thanks. Tjey should follow the example of the lady behind the counter. Again good food but they just need to pick up the pace on saying thank you.“

“Thank you to the amazing staff at Culver’s tonight!!! I went through the drive-up and ordered my food and realized I didn’t have my wallet. I asked the employee at the window if he could put my order on hold while I ran home and got it. He told me “No”. He grabbed one of his coworkers and they told me not to worry about it. I offered to call with my card when I got home or to come pay for it tomorrow and they told me they were taking care of it! Being the crazy world it is right now, they were wearing masks so I couldn’t see their faces to remember who they were... but I saw the kindness they showed me and that is something I will remember! 🥰“

Food was exceptional this time! Always love Arby's and good food but this visit was above and beyond. Food was the best we ever had. Cook and staff exceptional, very friendly and amazing today!! We ordered the Ruben and it was perfect amount of everything and not messy compared to usual. French Dip was so so great also! Fries were hot and perfect as well! Thank you so much staff!!“

“I have never had a bad experience here. I've worked in food service and I can be very picky and not just about the food. The first thing that will make me turn around and walk out is cleanliness. And I'm not talking messy tables and floors after a rush. If you work in food service you know what to look past and to look for. If you can get me through the door, you better now have a good tasting quality product and you better smile when you take my order. I've never had a bad experience here.“

“Their beef brisket sandwich was so good it made me tear up when I was 1 week postpartum and hungry. I've had their sandwiches a couple times since and they haven't disappointed once. I would definitely recommend them over Jersey Mike's or Subway. :)“

“The service here is awesome! I walked in tonight and was greeted by the friendliest employees. I loved the service so much I decided to use my remaining change to tip them. I work retail in customer service so I can only imagine how hard fast food must be. I recommend this place to anyone in the Eau Claire area.“

“I always look for great customer service and a place to always come back to. Ally, Mariah (or Moriah), and Rebecca were amazing helpers. They made me feel welcome, specifically what got me is one of them was being silly. After a long day, I needed that and it made me giggle. Then another girl and I sat and talked while she worked. “Just used the drive thru and it was quicker than any other Culvers locations I have been to. With the quick service you would expect sloppy burgers and old fries. But that was not the case. Everything was fresh and well put together. Will be going to this location again.“

“Very few places are knowledgeable about gluten free eating. Jersey Mike's goes above and beyond in being careful with GF orders. My daughter is super sensitive to gluten products. The employees did everything she asked to make sure she had a safe eating experience. My daughter had not eaten a sub in 20 years, but Jersey Mike's has made it possible for her to eat them again.“

“First off, the customer service at this locations is exceptional; Taylor, the manager, went above and beyond to honor a voucher from a previous visit. We ordered two plates with orange chicken and the honey walnut shrimp and they were both excellent. We will be returning soon!“

“New cotton candy dipped cones are fantastic. We also love the chicken strip basket and popcorn shrimp basket. The Texas toast, while super simple is one of our favorite things. You can't go wrong at DQ.“

“Consistency can be lacking occasionally, specifically in mobile orders. If you ask to have onions removed, there's a 50% chance your order will have onions.Otherwise, they're pretty quick and efficient. Food is always good, albeit a bit spendy ($18 for my typical order), just not always sure what and how much you're going to get.“

“It was early but both workers were friendly and actually seemed to not mind being at work unlike a lot of places now that after you walk in you can tell nobody wants to be working and look at you like you're the worst person in the world“

“This is a very fast service place. Usually your pizza is ready in 15 mins. People at the desk are knowledgeable and assist you whichever way possible. When it comes to the quality of pizza, Pizza Hut as a whole stands way behind compared to Papa John's. The new Papa John's store is a serious competition to this store. Taste wise this store is comparable to other Pizza huts in the area. They always have plates and napkins when needed.Their dipping sauces are okay and better than the Domino's but again not even close to Papa John's.What really matters to me is the next day quality of the pizza. When you have leftovers, their pizza slice doesn't taste as good as a Topper's pizza or Papa John's. Something to do with the ingredients I guess. Toppings are also not even spread out but that is not just this store. You will find the same level of ignorance in a Pizza Hut located in Minnesota or California. Attention to diligence is what Pizza Hut needs to learn. It is not about the quantity but the execution.Overall this store is better than the other store in the town.“

“So I hadn't been to JJ's in a long time. I was working near by so I stopped in for a dinner sandwich and either I was famished or wow, was it good! So I thought I would try it the following day and even changing the sandwich and yes.. it was still just as good. Quick service and a delicious sandwich! - “

“Charlie is one of the coolest people, i would nominate him for man of the year. He also knows the best way to make a sub, it's like he's also making a work of art at the same time. Food was so fire that i felt afraid of my friend's house bursting into flames, but i would trust him to save me from that fire because he's a hero of the people.“

“I recommend, but feel so disappointed tonight. I ordered a $10 pizza for delivery with a 2.50 2 liter soda. I asked for Diet Coke, the person put down pepsi and did not bother telling me they do not have coke products. Instead they sent 2 diabetic customers a regular bottle of pepsi. Now our awesome driver went back and got us diet pepsi instead, and I appreciate him.. But whoever took the order messed up,, and that makes me sad. I am partial to the North store, it was my 2nd job that I left my first one for. It is the job i purchased my 1st car with and I just want to say how sad I am that my driver had to turn around for another bottle of soda. Not even really what I wanted, if he would have said no coke products my order would have been different.. Other than this unfortunate experience,, i still will order from them. “Haven't had pizza hut for a while. ordered the box deal with pizza, bread sticks and cinnamon sticks. It was very good! Sure hit the spot, everything was perfect.“

“I went in hesitant because of all the reviews. Wanted to place a big order for a few friends of mine and this was the closest one. We had a sweet older lady she was superrr kind and helpful I believe her name was Denise she said that she was the manager. But honestly 10/10 definitely recommend, she was helpful kept clean and made beautiful sandwiches and got us out of there in a decent amount of time!“

“It was a nice treat to stop for a blizzard at the Dairy Queen at OakWood Mall. They do not have the capability of using the app features that some of the newer stores have just so you are aware if you want the app only specials. They do make great blizzards and they have been at the mall for many years, as long as I can remember. For a quick cone or shake or whatever you're in the mood for they are sure to satisfy your needs. Entrance is through the main entrance of the mall in the Cafe Court area so they are easy to find. Enjoy before a movie or while shopping, or anytime you visit Oakwood Mall.“

“We stopped on a Sunday afternoon. The manager was super friendly and wore a burger hat! The place was super clean and there were rolls of extra toilet paper in the bathrooms to ensure you couldn't run out.

Our Whoppers came fast, fresh, and nearly arranged. The fries were hot but could have been crisper.

A big benefit was the attached, large, shared parking lot with other establishments, a big benefit for those pulling campers!

I've been here multiple times over the last 4 years I've lived in the area and every single time it's fresh, delicious and way better than any other Burger King I've ever been to. I live about 30 minutes away but I'd rather come here than the one 5 minutes away from my house.“

“We went tonight for dinner on the way home after a long day. Was a little disappointed they were out of the one sandwich. But hey. It’s not long before closing on a Saturday. 🤷🏻‍♀️When we got to the window to pay you could tell the poor crew had been BUSY all evening and were doing their best to keep up. Great attitudes and were very apologetic. They were working hard and doing great. Just wanted to give credit where credit is due.“
