“This was a very delightful experience! The staff was friendly and attentive. They greeted everyone that came into the restaurant. This is by far the cleanest Subway I’ve ever been in too! I almost forgot to mention, my sub had fresh bread, great ham quality & the toppings were fresh. The sub artist asked me if I wanted more of any toppings and assured I got my mayo to my liking! Keep up the great work :)“

Didn’t sound like it while I was on the phone holding and when I walked in there I saw only one family. She was trying to cover for the fact that she forgot. She should have just been honest.“

“I order from this same Subway almost weekly. Staff is friendly and they usually have my online order ready by the time I get there, even though I live right around the corner. No complaints about the amount of anything in the sandwiches. It’s much better than any other Subway in the area.“

“Upon entering Norma who was working, joyfully greated us and several other customers that came in. She was so sweet and so pleasant. She honestly made the atmosphere and the whole vibe just a happy place to be. The food was great and Norma made everything even better with her kindness! “This Subway is great. New Management and the kids are great. Very nice, very professional, very fresh ingredients. I am there a lot and I haven't had an issue since the new management took over. Will for sure go back. And just to add, no one has ever yelled at me for parking in front. Its in the Princeton Club and parents are always parking there waiting for their kids. Just sayin!!!“

“I always order ahead to get the deals on the app The one in Pewaukee inside Walmart is the best always the say guy working and he makes the best subs my granddaughter and I say this is the best subway in the area. The one in Delafield is not good they put a ton of lettuce on to hide the fact that they don't use enough meat and not very friendly. The one in Sussex across from Meijer is also horrible the subs never taste as good and restaurant is always a mess all tables dirty and so is the floor do not like this one at all. I highly recommend the Pewaukee one inside Walmart always delicious“

“Placed an order for pickup off the Subway app for a tuna salad- salad today. My order was ready promptly. When I walked into the door the store looked very clean and I was greeted by both the gentleman working! My order was on the pickup shelf waiting for me. They let me know the dressing had changed so they had placed it in cups on the side for me to try- I was very impressed by the thought that went into that small step. Very much appreciated on my end. Grabbed my salad and my lemonade from the cooler where it was staying cold. The receipt taped to my order had a hand written message of “have a good day” that one of the gentleman took the time to write. Another small thing that was noticed and did not go unappreciated. I will be sure to enjoy my lunch and the experience I received from this subway! The employees there seems to have an awesome understanding of customer service and previously working in food service I can appreciate the little things they did for me and my order.
