“Mistakes happen and how a business responds when those mistakes are brought to their attention matters. I ordered a sandwich delivery, received it very quickly but opened the sandwich to find it was only bread, meat, and cheese (missing the mayo, tomato, and lettuce). I promptly called the store and spoke with the manager (Jeremy?) who was apologetic, very kind, and professional. He sent out a replacement sandwich to my residence right away and I received it within 10 minutes or so of the first order. Food was yummy as per usual. Thank you Jeremy!“

I’ve been in there 3 days in a row now because they are AMAZING there. They are wonderful people, they’re all very friendly and helpful and by far make the best sandwiches! And even after one visit they remembered me and my son. I will drive the hour round trip to go there every single time from this point forward! Cannot recommend them enough!“

“The service is usually okay, but ever since this place has gotten new management, it's gone to be somewhat worse. The worst thing is that they don't speak much English, and they have accents, which makes it hard to understand them at times.

This place is usually clean though and the food is usually good for the most part. The cheese curds are always hot when I get them and crispy. So... it's not terrible, but it could use some improvement. Communication between the people that work their could be better. There's only 2 people working there right now, it seems like.

When they play the music, it's either too loud or it just randomly stops. I don't know if they're doing that, but it does get annoying after a while. Half of the time the music they play doesn't make sense.

I'll be make sure to try and update this in a few months to see if things have improved or if management will step up and do something. You know?

Parking: There's about 10-15 parking spots outside the building, even though I'm pretty sure some of the parking is for the other places that are right next to this Cousins.“
