“Greatest bar with the most friendly staff! Great prices and the GREATEST Atmosphere!“
“Korner-Q’s was recommended to us by a friend, for hamburgers. We arrived late, and hamburgers were sold out. My husband ordered the chicken tacos, which were so tasty! The portion size was perfect, too, not too much with lots of fillers found at other restaurants. But the best part of our experience was meeting the owners. We chatted with Terry for a bit. What a lovely man! He talked about the business, decisions they’ve made, balancing family with work in a very strategic way. They have devoted customers, and we could see why. They knew everyone by name! Terry is known for his BBQ. His menu is smaller intentionally, well curated to show off his best dishes. We will certainly be back, and bring friends with us!“

“We had a blast .. found Holler House through Google search of oldest bars in Milwaukee. The owners Tom and Cathy are amazing and the locals made us feel at home! We have so many pictures and so much fun! Be sure to do a shotski! These Texans had a blast!“

“Great bar good but not typical, eg the usual French Dip is called an Irish Dip, served with sliced tenderloin steak. Cheese and Brat soup for game day. Wings are delicious with lots of sauces.
On Brewers game days their lot fills up fast, but there's plenty of neighborhood street parking.“

“Great burger joint! We each had The Archie burger and added on an onion ring and side of fries. We could have split the burger it was so huge. Be prepared with plenty of napkins - it’s the kind of burger that slides around.

“What a hidden gem! The perch and cod were so moist and perfectly seasoned with a light cornbread breading. Tammy cooked and brought out our food. The men serving were comfortable and friendly, very relaxed place. We will be making this place a regular! Love the support for the police in there too!“

“As others have said, homey/divey vibe, nothing fancy but perfect for what it is. Feels like it's always been there. Great food too, friendly owner/bartender, an an excellent brandy old fashioned.
If you don't love this place, I think it says more about you than it does about Phylos!“

“We travel in large group as a Team. They were awesome accommodating us, offering our best way to have the most fun! The staff were super friendly and interacted with us throughout the night. The Boys and parents got in on all the fun!! 10/10 would recommend! We need more places like this!!“

“A neighborhood bar that tries and comes out on top. Other bars just exist but this place keeps it going.. Its got great food and Pool tables and more than just the water'd beer and rail shots behind the bar. Cider and seltser selection is a little different too“

“My neighborhood "cheers". I moved to the area 2yrs ago, and I just started visiting this place in the summer. I like it here. There's always good vibes. Sarah and Dawn are awesome! Sarah makes the best wings and they have a nice variety of flavors! The drinks are well made, and the prices are affordable. It's a nice place for a quick bite to eat and a drink after work. Game days are always a go!“

“We brought in a fairly large group on a Friday night, all out of towners, and were welcomed by the staff and the regulars. We had such a great time, we came back late Saturday and the experience was even better. Shawn and his staff and customers are awesome! I highly recommend this place for your after party for events at The Gage - there is a nice area towards the back with pool and darts where your group can mingle and it's a safe/easy walk back to the Home2Suites across from The Gage. Thanks for an unforgettable weekend!“
“Bibi is the absolute best! We absolutely adore her! She makes the bar what it is with her Bubbly personality, tasty bloody Mary’s (even late night) and her fresh friendly conversation. The bar chairs could use more options for the disabled customers they have, but overall A++ for customer service and good quality.“

“Was lucky enough to score 2 seats for the super bowl party at the last minute. Oh baby was that Awesome. I/we absolutely love and adore this place. Debbie is amazing. Everyone there is always amazing. I’m afraid to say more for fear of not having a spot for next years Super Bowl, featuring the packers, but I’m going to anyway…..OMG the food was amazing I wish I had taken a picture to share. “Awesome hidden gem of South Side MKE. Great ownership with lots of family history. This is a dive bar that I can enjoy. Pool table n darts plus gaming machines. Not to mention they have cooked meals sometimes ready for you if you need to soak up your good time.“

“The original staff (Monique) was awesome! But I offered to buy the next round for the bar (6-10 people) and the old dude bartender refused to break out the total he offered me on the receipt...I suspect he gave himself too much of my money. Other than that conflict, it was a good experience.“

“This bar is the best bar in butler. Autumn is the best bartender I've ever met. She's so friendly and quick to refill the drinks when it's empty. The folks that come in were super nice to be around. Also I got to meet Brittany as a customer and she said she works Saturdays so I'm excited to stop in when she's working.“
