“First time here at the new location. I have been to Caribou Coffees before, but mainly in Minneapolis. I liked the inside lay out. Different areas for seating, and a well defined area for ordering. The staff were welcoming and helpful. I was interested in a special London Fog Latte. They did their best, but don't have Lavender Syrup. The drink could have used more foam (which I asked for), and was just "okay".

We sat outside on the patio. Unfortunately, it's pretty close to Capitol Drive which was busy and noisy.

There are plenty of other coffee shop choices that are better than this one.“

“okay i’ve gone to a couple different locations and i love love love their coffee and what they stand for as a business. this spot had a lot of nice seating and was super chill.

this time i decided to get a matcha latte with almond milk. at first glance the matcha isn’t super fresh and green, and it’s also not super mixed in - there were chunks of matcha in there. for the quality and price of $7 i would not say it’s worth it. overall i would say the matcha was just okay, but would go back for coffee anytime!“

“Exceptional service and product! I accidentally ordered online to the wrong location and gave them a call at 6am (!), and let them know that I will still be picking up but not until 6:30. They kindly offered to have it ready at 6:30 instead and on my cup I can see they wrote “don’t start until 6:25”. This is the kind of care and service you don’t get at a Starbucks, and the coffee is amazing too! Only area to improve would be to sell the matcha in stores :)“

The shop includes a gallery area with unique handmade items created by local artists. Another area is set up as a boutique with women’s clothing, handmade from a several countries purchase through fair trade, a shoe line and many accessories and jewelry. I was greeted kindly at the door (I didn't get her name - and she was kindly and frequently making sure the bathrooms were in order when there weren't people to greet).
