“We as a family order from the Columbus Culver's restaurant a minimum of once a week to 3 times. I have never had a problem, a complaint. I swear that 99% of the time, Big Mike is always there and working. He has been a very good reason why we are going to give 5⭐'s
as a rating for this location. The moment I hear his customer service voice I know my order is going to be exactly what I ordered and at one time he was working the window, I made a mistake in my order and he recognized my voice and used the best customer service to call me by my name and corrected me by asking if I was sure as to asking me if my order was correct and remembered our previously ordered meals. I stood corrected and made a mistake.
These are the most important important people in the fast make it fresh industry. Big Mike is one of best employees in this location hands down! I Praise God for men like Big Mike who take pride in their work and deliver what their employers want for customer service.
