“We dined here last night. Starters were the calamari and cheese curds (it’s Wisconsin after all) both were excellent. Specials were the impressive Waghu tomahawk steaks which were ordered with the blue cheese topping(an extra charge but so worth it if you are a blue cheese lover) and Waghu flat iron steak which is served with a Demi glacé. It was ordered medium rare and was cooked to perfection with a slightly crisp crust and soft pillowy medium rare inside. I can’t say enough about that steak. One of our party had the South African lobster tail special and it was a show stopper. We also had the petite filet from the menu and it arrived perfectly cooked and flavorful. Sides were lobster bisque and mushroom truffle soups and you will not get any better soups anywhere on the planet in my opinion. Dinners come with your choice of starch garlic mashed or Parmesan au gratin potatoes. The Parmesan potatoes are the perfect blend of potato to cheese sauce. We also had an order of Brussels sprouts which were nicely cooked just the right amount of time with some snap to them and well seasoned. Our service was excellent. If you want a flawless amazing dinner experience that is not a large chain this is the place to go.“

“Another HUGE shout out to Pacific Bistro for the most amazing hibachi rehearsal dinner ever! Sue and her staff were AMAZING! They not only put out the most incredible food, but they also put on a show that was second to none! Nobody, and I need nobody could have left there hungry! We know how much work it was to put on an event like that for us and we are ever so grateful! Thank you for making Tristan and Bryanna Mueller’s day so special!“

“My wife and I visited for the first time tonight 11/11/22. The smoked wings rocked, the brisket was awesome and the drinks well made. Atmosphere was great and the server was very friendly. We will definitely be back again soon. Next time we will certainly bring family and friends.“

“We went to Palmer‘s for the first time with my best friends family for her birthday. The service was great and the food and drinks were wonderful. One thing I wanted to recognize was how incredible our server Neil was. We oversaw the part on the bill where 20% gratuity was included in the total, so we had given double the tip. As we were leaving, Neil got our attention and let us know what we did and if it was a mistake. It would have been very easy to take the extra tip money and let us leave, but instead he was an honest person and brought it to our attention. We were very thankful and still gave him some extra money for the tip. I just wanted to recognize him and say thank you again. Great first experience.“

“I hadn't been there for a long time, since the beginning of Covoid. Was very pleased with the expanded menu, and large portions. Only ate there for Lunch and had Pork Egg Foo Young and Roast Pork Chop Suey with fried rice included. My wife and I both commented that the food was fresher, less salty and less greasy than before. Actual small slices of pork rather than little bits chopped up. The expanded main menu now includes low-fat options. Looking forward to trying some other new items.“

“First time here last night. We've been wanting to go for a while, finally got a date night.
We were impressed with everything! From the outside, you would think it's just another unassuming lake bar restaurant in Wisconsin. Inside, they nailed the Cajun and Creole vibe. It looks and sounds like you stepped into a New Orleans Jazz bar, but it's not tacky. The music matched the vibe. We sat outside the patio on a nice cool evening.
I struggle to remember our server's name, but she was fantastic! Had strong recommendations and was decisive on helping us choose our best meals. We had the appetizers of blackened crawfish and crabcake (delicious sweet mango salsa with an almost syrupy sauce).
For entrees I had the redfish special with whipped sweet potatoes and collard greens, my wife had the Honey Salmon over Asian slaw. Absolutely enjoyed them, every bite.
For dessert we had the giant piece of death by chocolate (with ice cream recommended by our server) and some dessert martinis. The cake was large enough for 3-4 people easily but we demolished it. Extremely rich and dense, just like you'd want it.
Cocktails throughout we had each had the pineapple margarita to start, then I had the blackberry almond whiskey sour (perfection) and my wife had a raspberry mojito.
