Pesto Pasta – Mushrooms, tomatoes, caramelized onions, and house pesto with cavatappi pasta, finished with white wine and cream. Freshly cooked al dente. Everything about this dish was pure perfection. Deviled Eggs – Four deviled eggs topped with smoked paprika, chives, and crispy shallots. Simple, elevated, and flat-out delicious. Crème Brûlée – Amazing. Smooth, rich, and executed exactly how it should be. Salted Caramel Blondie – Different than what I was expecting, but in a good way — unique and worth trying. 🍽️ Overall Verdict 9.3 out of 10 Ollie’s delivers top-tier food, consistency, and flavor across the board.
