“I went through the drive thru Sunday with my husband, youngest and grand pup. My daughters name is Ella. The lady working the windows name was Bella. She was so nice and my daughter can't stop talking about how she has the same name as her friend and her name is almost just like hers. The other people were so nice as well. Keep up the amazing work your doing. I've never been let down there except when they forgot something but they made it right, right away. Yall deserve a raise!“

“I may be a little biased because I worked at this DQ back in the late 2000s, but this is the best DQ I've eaten at. My wife and I even ordered our wedding cake from here back in 2018. We got a heart-shaped cake decorated beautifully for the main wedding cake, with individually decorated pieces of sheet cake for the rest. It was a huge hit (except for the lactose intolerant MoH... Sorry, Amanda. ?)Overall, it was a great experience. We still go here to eat around once per month, mostly getting the chicken strip meals. “Just absolutely hands down love this subway on pioneer. Came here just because it was closest subway from where we were at. Wasn’t expecting anything. Just another subway in this town. First time going there my daughter who was all hyper as she’s 7 and has a lot of energy I just got done with a long day of work and exhausted the young lady was so kind and patient believe her name is Ellie(sure I spelt it wrong and I’m terrible with names) to find out she’s the manger’s daughter. Went back again just because of that experience and ended up with Whitney the other daughter and then met the general manger. Even the staff has always been so nice. Never had a bad service. They remember us, Whitney even helps me remembers what I get for my daughter as I sometimes forget. I love that I walk in there even after not going in there for a while and they remember you, talk to you like you are family not a customer. All friendly staff. It’s hard keeping staff now a days but even seeing young kids actually working just refreshing. It shows what kind of manger they have there. I think some of the other stores need to take a lesson from this store. Hands down won’t go to any other subway. I have found our forever subway. Thank you Shannan, Whitney and the staff for making us feel special. As long as Shannan and Whitney are there we won’t go to any other subway.“

“Food was hot and fresh and service was fast. When the staff brought our order to the table in the play area, they noticed a full garbage can and took care of it right away.

The indoor playland was ginormous and the kiddos loved it. It was a great place to stop for some grub and let the kids stretch their legs and burn off some energy before continuing on our journey.

The tube slide went from floor 3 to floor 2. Parents can accompany their little ones to help them get comfortable. There was also a computer type game station on the first floor. In my opinion, this playland was suitable for both younger and older children.“

“The quality of their food is better than taco bell at the same price or lower. It feels healthier too. Maybe it's how the food is prepared or better ingredients but i don't feel sluggish after eating their food. Wish there was one in sheboygan.“

My only complaint is that far too often it's as if the crew forgets that customers can hear everything they are saying or what music they are listening to, and on occasion it has been loud or even inappropriate.
But it's fast and the food is always good“

“Cayden was freaking awesome, I haven’t had service like that at Michelin star restaurants. I mean the food is always subway quality but he made the experience fun and I will definitely be going back specifically because of him. Someone get that man a raise“
