“I wanted a nice Chinese buffet lunch. I looked up this restaurant that I used to visit frequently. Google map information stated there would be a lunch buffet. There is NO LUNCH BUFFET.This information should be updated.I was disappointed but decided to eat anyway.I think they’re only open from 11 to 2 for dine in. A sign on the door said take out only (at certain times).I ordered a bowl of hot and sour soup ($3.50) and the mixed appetizer plate ($10).The soup was okay but not great. It was a small cup of soup and I thought it wasn’t much considering the 3.50 price. It had plenty of tofu and bamboo shoots but not much meat, though there was some. The flavor was not balanced either; it was needed more of the vinegar flavor. The appetizer platter was excellent. The egg roll was huge and stuffed full of various ingredients including tiny shrimp. It was hot and crunchy outside. The wontons were fried perfectly and were also very tasty. The beef skewer was average. It didn’t have much flavor and was not tender. The shrimp was shaped into a circle and at first I thought it was an onion ring. The chicken was a nice piece of chicken breast but it had too much breading on it for my taste. Five stars for this dish. The appetizer platter was served with small pitchers of duck sauce and spicy mustard sauce.I drank water and the wait staff did a pretty good job keeping my glass full. I could have had a few more refills but I understand they’ve got a lot to do.For some reason I didn’t have any napkins at my table, just the silverware. I had to request napkins.“
“We had General Tso, Kung Pao Chicken, Fried Dumplings, and Egg Rolls. Staff was friendly, quick, and hustling as they were moving for a Monday night. Both dishes had a lot of flavor, fried rice was some of the better rice we've had in the area! We will be back for sure!“
“Lams had good food, reasonable price.i like it in the winter time they have fire place can have nice cup of tea with your meal. Very relaxing, its all nice atmosphere.Kid-friendliness: Yes it's got the black tables iv seen kids their, it's done up with red and gold . The food is 10.00 and something but that's for all you you want of course not eating the place up but have egg fuyong etcWheelchair accessibility: Yes wheelchair all the way to the door but it's really a porch has banister“
“Yen Ching is a sure bet for absolute quality consistency and top notch freshness and flavor. Even if I didn’t work in the same plaza, I would undoubtedly make the trip for lunch or dinner (tues-sat) or particularly if I were hosting friends in the mood for the best Chinese around the city. Pepper Beef tops my list of items (tried half the menu so far), and you will not find better Crab Rangoon anywhere else. GET EVERYTHING!“
“food was ok, not really traditional Asian food, the Orange chicken was outstanding, but pad Thai was not pad Thai. it definitely was clear what it was going to be, but it did not knock my socks off. good but not life changing, but I am probably spoiled having used to living near Asian communities, so I would take my advice with a grain of MSG...“
“Not sure why there are bad reviews. I have been going to China King for at least 25 years and the food has always been excellent. I always get General Tso's and Szechuan Shrimp. It's always fantastic! I would say to step out of your comfort zone. If you are ordering sweet and sour chicken, then you are going to get sweet and sour chicken, it is not going to be especially fancy. I would recommend a more complex dish... anyway, I love it, and so do my kids. I have never had a bad meal there.“
“This is a pretty good place for American Chinese food. Above average quality of food at an average price. I have liked most of the dishes that I have had. They are perpetually out of the beef on a stick which bums my kids out. Most take out orders have been ready in 20-25 minutes.Parking: There is a huge parking lot adjacent to the restaurant. It was recently repaved and restriped.“
