“The service is good, the food is good, but the app constantly tells me I'm not connected to the internet - even when connected to YOUR WIFI - so it's very difficult to place a mobile order. Only after 10-15 attempts does it seem to finally work. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, as well as enabling/disabling my internet. I know this isn't something this individual location can control, but perhaps you can pass the word up to corporate that your app doesn't work properly. This has been happening for a few weeks now. Thanks and have a great day.“

“Usually friendly but some of the young ladies tend to give attitude. I usually stop for coffees in the morning and once in awhile they will be made incorrectly or the flavor will be off putting. When i ask for it to be fixed depending on the worker there may be some huffing and puffing. Im a big dunkin fan and dont have issues at other locations majority of the time compared to this hales corners location. Also the parking lot is very small and the exit will get blocked by the drive through line. Be cautious if youre in a hurry.“

“okay i’ve gone to a couple different locations and i love love love their coffee and what they stand for as a business. this spot had a lot of nice seating and was super chill.

this time i decided to get a matcha latte with almond milk. at first glance the matcha isn’t super fresh and green, and it’s also not super mixed in - there were chunks of matcha in there. for the quality and price of $7 i would not say it’s worth it. overall i would say the matcha was just okay, but would go back for coffee anytime!“

Iced coffee and chai tea was enjoyed by all. We even got to enjoy a jazz band for the 45 mins we were here. Will return both solo and as a fam again.“

“Exceptional service and product! I accidentally ordered online to the wrong location and gave them a call at 6am (!), and let them know that I will still be picking up but not until 6:30. They kindly offered to have it ready at 6:30 instead and on my cup I can see they wrote “don’t start until 6:25”. This is the kind of care and service you don’t get at a Starbucks, and the coffee is amazing too! Only area to improve would be to sell the matcha in stores :)“

“I have only visited the Sun Prairie location since October 2023. My go-to is the breakfast sandwich and my son, who is very particular about his French Toast, says it's his absolute favorite. I'm not a coffee drinker but their Chai is my favorite when I'm out and about. Don't forget to ask for the cheesy potatoes!“

The tour is really interesting, our guide at 12 on Friday the 16th of May (sorry I forgot your name) was awesome, was a knowledgeable machine when it came to PBR. Wonderful stories and plenty of beer, Jim the owner was a great guy too, not as great as his wife who managed to get the football (soccer) on tv so I could watch Aston Villa ✅ Absolutely awesome place, plenty of cool merch in the shop too.“

We went for the delicious, specialty coffee, but were more than tempted to see the yummy pastries available. They also have homemade breakfast sandwiches for sale. Staff has always been more than accommodating whether they're at the counter or as Barista. Also, look forward to their Cinnamon Rolls available only on Sundays. Rose, the owner, and former baker, has hit a home run with this place. She's sweet as a peach and her shop is very warm and welcoming. You'll find beautiful, hand crafted and delicate pastries to go with your fabulous coffee. Love this place and hope it's part of Oak Creek for a long time to come.“

I was greeted kindly at the door (I didn't get her name - and she was kindly and frequently making sure the bathrooms were in order when there weren't people to greet). Ramon, our server, was attentive, kind, and engaging (and not too much). The omelets were delicious, the pancakes fluffy and yummy, and the hash browns were perfect! The gentleman who bussed our table (we were there two hours!) was gracious and unobtrusive. Edward, the manager, was glad to hear my compliments, happy to share the kudos with his staff.
