“Ordered take out last night from here for the first. Employee answered promtly. They said our huge order would take 20 minutes. I walked in right on time and everything was hot and ready for us. Prices were great, the establishment clean. The employees wore bright smiles, and they even gave us complimentary almond cookies. They were the freshest almond cookies I've ever had with Chinese take out. They did everything right and next time im in town, I won't call the other Chinese takeout locations that i usually do when in hartford/slinger get/jackson area. I'll be calling these fine folks“

“I live in West Bend, Wisconsin and there is absolutely no good Chinese food!!! I lived in Milwaukee most of my life and have always been able to find a good Chinese restaurant!!! I would say for the last 15/18 years I drive to JACKSON for takeout! I’ve never been dissappointed!!! They have delicious shrimp fried rice…. They’re the only place around that does pan fried noodles… years ago I had pan fried noodles somewhere in Milwaukee, but I could never find them after that…. until JACKSON.!!! I don’t know why it’s so difficult for other Chinese places unable to figure out what these Pan fried noodles are all about. It’s completely simple.!!! Not much to complain about… exception… I wish the husband and all the years that he’s been here in the USA could understand English better… But he doesn’t!! One day I asked like 20 times for extra sprouts in my fried rice and he just could not figure it out and when I went to pick it up, I told him (opened the fried rice right there in the store) and he said “oh bean sprouts!” …. So now I asked for extra bean sprouts, if he’s on the phone!!! The only thing that I would complain about is, they’re very selfish with giving away their sauces!!! They never give more than one or two soy sauce or just one of sweet sour… and if I ask for extra, they only give me like one extra!!! I do takeout in Waupan Wisconsin at a Chinese restaurant and they leave all their sauces out for us to help ourselves… Soy sauce, mustard, sweet-and-sour, napkins, and plastic silverware!!! You’re free to take whatever you want…. I wish JACKSON was like that… other than that, their food is great at Hong Kong in JACKSON!!! Try it you’ll like it!!!❤“

“I had my second experience there on February 21st. The food is decent. My kids were picking it up on the way out to visit me and we spent a total of $150. Typical of the average Chinese takeout place. Definitely check your orders when you pick them up. I've only had two experiences with this place and both times they did not include items in my order. The first visit I did not receive an order of crab rangoon or three egg rolls and yesterday my order did not include the three egg rolls that I had ordered. To be honest I haven't contacted them about either incident of missing items simply because my kids pick it up on the way out to visit me and I live significantly much further away so I knew I wasn't going to be making the trip back to go and get those items“

“We were here for the first time for their lunch buffet. It was amazing! What took us so long. All the food was hot and full of taste. The price was very reasonable. We got the senior discount which made it even better. Beverage included in price. The service was great too. We will be back.“

“Absolutely phenomenal! I really hope this place is consistent because I ordered take out here for the first time today and it was the best Chinese food I’ve ever had! I have family visiting in town next week and this will for sure be one of the places we eat at! I got the beef and broccoli (with no broccoli) and the Crab Rangoons. The Crab Rangoons were good, as the other reviewers state, and the sauce was good as well! However for me, the star of the show was the beef/sauce. It’s the perfect amount of umami flavor, the beef was perfectly cooked and not fatty or chewy. The sauce the beef was in was the best sauce I’ve ever had. I don’t often write reviews but I will definitely be back. I ordered to go and my husband went inside to pick up the food, he said it looked nice in there so will have to go inside one visit.“

“Hung Hao is my go to for Chinese but they're closed on Tuesdays so I thought I'd try this....I had the chicken with garlic sauce that was very good....wife had pork fried rice that she loved! Going to come here more often...portions were BIg too...ordered at 5:00 and was done at 5:00“

“food is always good but they need to either add cardboard to bottom of take out bag or double bag it, frustrating do not put on your seats makes a mess!“

Chinatown has been in West Bend for well over 30 years and is a staple in the community for good reason.Edit for 2023: Chinatown has been making their spicy dishes hotter than in the past.
