We didn't have a single want that wasn't fulfilled before we knew we needed it. We have been to Wissota on several occasions and this is the first time we had great service and felt the visit was worth going back!! Thank you James for making our date night so special!! In all the times we have been to Wissota this is the first time we had a good review to leave.. we only returned the other 2 times for the carrot cake. However, whoever is now running the kitchen and staff should be proud. The chefs skills and James service was top notch! Thank you again James you made Wissota our new fav!”

“We had our wedding a couple weeks ago and Hailey did a phenomenal job with the cupcakes! Leading up to the wedding day, she was very easy to work with and always responsive. The cupcakes were soooo good; we had multiple guests asking where we got them from. For reference, we had three flavors: red velvet with vanilla frosting, peanut butter cup with nutella frosting, and chocolate with vanilla frosting. She came to the venue to deliver them the day of and set them all up a couple hours before the ceremony. I highly recommend Hailey if you are considering hiring her for your wedding or any other event! 😊

“My wife and I heard about willowdale through a friend and thought we give them a try for their Friday fish fry. We arrived earlier than their dinner serving hours and settled at the bar for an Old Fashioned which was excellent. We ordered our dinner at the bar and transferred to a table until the dinner service began. Our order easily followed to our table and was served by very friendly staff. We both ordered the beer batter cod with au gratin potatoes; the best of both we have had in quite some time. We had a fantastic experience; will definitely go again, and would recommend this Friday fare to anyone.”

We Got Our Drinks & Were Given The Wrong Drink. We Were Given A Tropical Smoothie Instead Of The Vanilla Protein Shake. They Were Busy & Had A Line So We Just Chalked It Up & Took The Drink They Gave Us. We Also Ordered A Chicken Avocado Rice Bowl & A Chicken Salad Sandwich. The Chicken Avocado Rice Bowl Was Amazing...Full Of Flavors & Good Portions. The Chicken Salad Sandiwch Was Good But Feel Like When They Toast The Bread They Should Put Either Some Mayonnaise/Honey Mustard/Etc On It Before Placing The Chicken Salad. Dietary restrictions: If you’re on the keto diet for instance, there are different salads you can get that are keto friendly. Not only that, but you always have the option of ordering a butter burger with no bun, or a grilled chicken sandwich with no bun to make it keto friendly. I’ve done this many times myself while still losing weight making these choices.

Kid-friendliness: Culver’s has many menu options that are kid friendly. Even after they have their meal, they can pull a slip off their bag to get a free scoop of custard. They also have high chairs for the littles!

You have this set up to only say thay someone does recommend?? 🤔) Today is my birthday. I've always loved Red Robin and wanted to eat there tonight with my family. I called Monday on my lunch break and they said they don't take reservations and to call back the morning of around 11am so that I can put my name down for the dinner rush for that evening. So, I call back today around 11am, like I was told and was told they can't do that. If they're full there will still be a wait and that they're not sure why someone told me to call because they're "call ahead" wait list doesn't start until about 4:30pm/5pm. She said she would just add me to that list when they start it later tonight. Then I call back to let them know that my party had gotten a little smaller, as a courtesy to them, and I was told they had no knowledge that I had ever even called!!! Three phone calls were made and no communication was passed along. Red Robin, please learn how to communicate with each other. Train your staff on your policy for your "call ahead" dinner wait list so that every employee is on board of how it works. I found somewhere else to go to that GUAREENTED no wait for us. I highly suggest you use your down time when you're not busy to get better organized. Also, when I told Jessica, the manager, that it's fine and we would just find somewhere else to go, she simply replied with, "that's fine and have a great night." She expected me to know the names of all the people I talked to. Umm, shouldn't you know my name and party information since I've called three times? “The staff was excellent!!!! Now getting your hands dry after washing them - Terrible!!!! Paper Towel holder that was full wouldn’t put out towels and I can blow more air out of my mouth than their Super Small hand dryer put out!!!! As for the Food, the Fish was good last night, but was given the wrong fry’s, and didn’t like drink selection on the pop machine. Now I also bought a Rueben sandwich for work today and I think it has to be the second best that I’ve ever hand in life for Corned Beef.”
