“Today was the worst visit to this specific location. The hamburger was supposed to have ketchup, fried onions and pickles. The ketchup was light, two pickles and ONE sliver of RAW onion not quite one inch long. The strawberry malt was strawberry milk. I was the sixth "parked" vehicle to wait for my food. I'm guessing the malt was made and left on a counter for the food order to be prepared. As a suggestion, if you make the malts/shakes ahead of time, store them in a freezer until the food is ready. Other custard/burger restaurants do this. It's very disappointing to pay over $20 for a meal to have almost half of it wrong and/or melted. To end on a positive note, the gentleman in the DT and who brought the order out, was very pleasant. He seemed surprised I asked for the receipt when he asked if I wanted it. I guess if you don't get the receipt you won't fill out the survey...“

“I know people hate on Arby's but tbh this location should prove them wrong. Their sandwiches are done just right, their roast beef is delicious, and they never mess up your order. You should definitely try to stop by if you're in town.“

“Food is always delicious. At times staff can be a bit distracted. Most recently I ordered online and got chips and guacamole, got home with my order to discover they put queso instead of guacamole. Not a big deal as I love their guacamole and their queso, but I had wanted, and ordered, guacamole. Other than that one experience, I've never had an issue with this restaurant.“

“I would just like to give a huge shout out to Culvers in Lake Mills WI! My daughter, granddaughter and some of their friends, had a house fire. This was a total loss. Culvers reached out and offered some food coupons for the kids! It feels so good to see so much community support and love. You guys are a blessing. “Came by midday and some teens were running the place. They did really well and were really nice. My son didnt like the strawberry shake and they were kind enough to give him a chocolate shake free of charge, even though I had every intention of paying.“

“Drive through was fast, however, I did not receive any condiments that were requested. I was in a rush as usual and didn't notice until I had time to stop. The food was fine but without sauce it's bland. I still gave 4 out of 5 stars because it was likely just a minor mistake.“

“Went to Arby's last night for dinner. Dylan was exceptional! This guy definitely needs a raise! He was very professional and friendly. I ordered the $7.99 meal. He told me it would be a 6-minute wait and asked me if that would be ok. He took time to talk to me and made me feel welcome. While we were waiting for our food, I heard him also covering the drive thru with the same care. This doesn't happen much these days. To most people, you are just a number, just an order. Thank you, Dylan for being a great worker.“

“Great McDonald’s. Friendly/helpful staff. Got our food quickly and everything was correct and delicious. Bathrooms were super clean which is not always the case for McDonald’s. Restaurant was clean and well kept. Only thing was waiting at the counter for a little bit before being helped but other than that this McDonald’s was awesome.“

“I ordered a pizza online and received a call from an employee who kindly let me know they were out of pizza. She sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and offered to replace it with something else. I only asked for cookies, but she went above and beyond by offering chips at no extra charge as well.

When I received my order, I was surprised to find not one, but two packs of cookies and chips, along with a handwritten note apologizing for the inconvenience. That level of customer service is rare these days, and it truly made my day.

I wish I had gotten her name so I could personally give her the recognition she deserves. If you see this, thank you so much for your kindness and outstanding service. You turned a disappointing situation into a wonderful experience. Great work!“

“Great place that has been serving burgers for close to 100 years. Deep fried in lard these sliders (0.2lbs each) go down easy. I would get 2-3 of these depending on hunger. They come "with" or "without" (fried onions) and also have the optional slice of cheese.“
