Since having our first dinner there a few weeks ago for St Pats Day, we have been impressed by the talented chef, the lake ambiance, and warm hospitality of this family run restaurant. Meat seasoned and cooked perfectly every time. Brandy old fashions reliable and generous. We have brought visiting family and friends from Chicago who have all complimented our restaurant choice. A gem in Kansasville!“

“My husband and I have driven by this place for years but tonight we stopped in. It was very loud and busy (Saturday PM). Cheryl was our waitress and was wonderful. I have a severe seafood allergy so she confirmed with the owner and the cooks that everything was fried separately. She was very attentive, helpful and friendly. The food was great! I got an amazing burger. The onion rings were also good. We will be coming back.Dietary restrictions: Seafood fried separate!!“

“We have been going here every Friday night for the last few months after our daughter's horse riding lessons. I just have to say that the food is absolutely AMAZING. The prices are the best around! “I stopped in today by chance, I was hungry and have passed this place several times over the years. This place was amazing. I had a cheeseburger which was delicious. My girlfriend had the Nashville chicken Flatbread which was also delicious. We also had the wonton cheese sticks, they were awesome. Our waitress Makayla was great, very friendly and had great knowledge of the menu items. The bar tender Emily also greeted us and asked how the drinks were. Great place, very clean and welcoming. Would definitely recommend.“

“I stopped in Sunday morning at the 11am opening time. I had the place to myself and had the pleasure of hanging out with Justin. The , he served me up some amazing ribs. So tender and full of flavors. Alongside these he served me this amazing side of smoked chicken pasta salad (get it!). I ate almost all of the Cole slaw which I never do. Both it and the potato salad I received had like a German flair to them. Both also some of the best I’ve had anywhere. Hidden gem only 35 minutes from the house! Thanks, guys!“

“My family and I went here today after my father's burial ceremony at the Southern Wisconsin Veteran's cemetery. We had a group of about 17 people. My mom had called ahead to make a reservation, and even though we were a little early, the staff was so kind to us, and very accommodating. Our food was great, the service was phenomenal for a group of our size, and my cappuccino was one of the most delicious I've ever had. I am so thankful to the staff for their patience and kindness. It made a big difference to my family and I on what was a difficult day for us. I definitely recommend them for breakfast/ brunch.“

“It was a busy night tonight for sure. I waited two hours plus for my food to be delivered and it came cold and missing items. I called and talked to a very nice and patient manager I believe her name was Jen. We knew this was not the norm for service and food cause I’ve been ordering for 8 plus years. “We never knew this place existed until stumbling upon it on Google Maps. It literally looks like just a house with a small sign out front. The bartender was very personable and the owner was the sweetest. Food was excellent! My boyfriend got the reuben which he loved! Thick sandwich with REAL meat (not lunch meat slices!) I got the garlic-lime shrimp skewers which were smokey and delicious! We can't wait to go back for the fish fry which seems to have amazing reviews! Glad we found this place!“

“We dined at Chances on a Saturday night in March 2024. . Lots of local townspeople having a good time in bar area. I am all for that type of atmosphere. However, if your face is not familiar, the bartenders tend to ignore you. There were two mature guys on duty behind the bar and if you did not specifically call out or gesture for a cocktail, they simply stood there. Grumpy as all get out. Two delightful elderly females (not familiar faces) tried to get a bartender's attention to ask about the gambling games in the room, but were very disrespectfully ignored. We'll write this off as both fellas having a bad night. Dining room was about half full. Got seated at a very small table for two against the wall...maybe a former window table, but no window anymore. Very cramped with all the extra stuff already on the table. Didn't want to be a pain in the ***, so we didn't request a nicer table. Good news...ribs and shrimp combo and prime rib special were delicious. Spinach salad and onion strings also very tasty. Extremely busy waitress took care of us skillfully, attentively, and with the most pleasant demeanor. So our occasional date night had a happy ending following a not so great start.“

Bartenders were busy however none of them were when I went to get a drink and I stood with my money out for a while until the lady next to me had to yell to get their attention.“

“I had the Corn-beef Hash Soup. It blew up my mind. It was so so good! Plenty of potatoes, carrots and corn beef chunks. Yum!! I'll go back for more! Our thin crust Wisconsin style pepperoni pizza was delish as well. Mr. Spanky's, the owner, approached to us to say hi and to check if everything was ok. He told us that they will be opening their new location in May. It will serve them well because it's a popular local place. I hope they keep Corn-Beef Hash in their menu. The bar area was busy. Payne was very attentive to the crowd. Spanky's had great live music - Andy Carrols very good duo. Plenty to do in this neighborhood Bar and Grill. See you soon.“

“We do this thing called " Saturday Night Yummies " as a way to try out new places within about 20 minutes from our home . For the last 2 years or so , we end up with takeout from TinCAN at least 3 weeks out of the month . Their food never disappoints and is always sooooo good ! We apparently have changed the rules of "Saturday Night Yummies " to let's go to TinCAN instead of trying someplace new ! This morning , before most even had breakfast , we were talking about who was gonna order what from TinCAN. There are 9 of us in the house and we all love TinCAN Roadhouse ! “Played Saturday mid day. We got there super early due to another course cancelling our tee time on us. Spent 3 hrs in the bar with the owner and bartender. Had a great time. Breakfast was great and the bloody Mary’s was really good. The course was in good shape. Nothing too out of place, but I will say this course is in desperate need of a lot of tree removal/trimming. There are a few landing areas in the fwy where the tree canopy is more narrow than the fwy itself. Hitting a good tee shot on the edge of the fwy is penalized. I understand dog legs and being sure to play the correct side of the fwy but this was on straightforward holes. Nonetheless, the course looked good and it was super fun. I have a few comp passes I plan to use in the near future. Good job Rivermoor.“

“I will never forget the day the beautiful establishment opened for the first time. It was the first time I shed tears since my meema passed a couple of years ago. She used to take me to culvers and we used to lady and the tramp the fries, it was beautiful lovely memory I have.
