The service, EXCELLENT. Some might say Subway is just another sandwich shop. No. Not in Kaukauna. Thanks to Holly our experience was absolute-toots-mcgoots THE BEST. We will be back!!!“

“I came in within an hour of closing not expecting the best service because I worked in food service and this worker just exceeded my expectations on customer service. He was actually really nice, and talked to me other than asking what I wanted, and on top of that the subs he made were beautiful. Amazing food, and amazing service the kid deserved that tip. “The person who is training, new employees was yelling at them, and it made several of us standing there very uncomfortable. We also waited quite a long time over 20 minutes for our subs. The people in front of me nicely asked how much longer- they said it wouldn’t be too much longer, but when those people left the head employee behind the counter started talking very badly about them and told the rest of his employees they shouldn’t have to take that kind of talk from people. He said in very loud tones there’s several other sub places in the area if they want quicker, they should go to those places.. Honestly, all they did was ask how much longer it would be. It was not a very good situation and there was about four employees behind the counter. The food was very, very good. I had a very lovely sub however, I don’t think I will be returning there.“

Remember only till 8 pm Saturday and Sunday the young worker had to kick someone out that tried to get service at 7:59:59pm...“
