Shortrib tacos: ⭐⭐ These were fine I guess, but the meat was flavorless and the sauce was light on flavor or heat. The excess of pickled onions couldn't even overcome the lack of flavor. I just mixed the meat in with the meatballs

“I only order the "Jalapeno Popper" from Mac's in Brookfield. Over half the time I order it they don't put in any jalapenos or they put in next to none. How hard is it to properly make this dish? It is super hard to add jalapenos to the JALAPENO popper? After the 3rd order it happened I brought it back. The manager stated, I quote, "There are jalapenos all up in there" while pointing to two small pieces in the ENTIRE DISH. Done wasting my time and money with this location that can't make a simple Mac and Cheese. Pathetic.“

“We wanted to find a new place to try while here for a conference and we are so happy that we came here. I got the chicken littles as an appetizer and my husband got soup and immediately we were impressed. Followed up by steak for him and a Parmesan crusted grilled cheese for me kept the amazing food going. Then the desserts brought us over the finish line to an amazing meal. Everyone was so kind and helpful and we will definitely come back.“

“This "hole in the wall" bar is a must stop. I love visiting bars like this because of the community they provide. I was welcomed by the locals and had great conversation through my visit.The area is out in the country and can be tricky to find. Once I arrived, there was plenty of street parking as well as a lot in the back The inside was charming with a vintage vibe. Drinks were strong and their menu is lengthy. I ordered a cup of the soup which was styled after the Reuben sandwich. The corned beef was excellent. The soup is creamy and flavorful. I have tried to stop by again but they are only open Tuesday through Thursday. I wish I had checked the menu it because the reviews online show a fish fry but I'm not sure if that's available daily since they're closed on Friday? I hope you find out soon!“

“Sawmill is one of my all time favorite places to come after church. The food is always amazing, the holiday decor is wonderful and is always a great experience, until today... Unfortunately, the waitress "T" was absolutely awful, she was rude and should really find a new profession not dealing with people. I would hope it was just a bad day for her, but she ruined our experience. We have never left a $0 tip and that should tell management that she needs a chat. Still great food and atmosphere. We'll be back, but will not ever have her again! God Bless Oh and a different waitress had a packer shirt that says "I love it when he goes deep". I'm not a prude, but seriously so inappropriate for a restaurant to allow that!“

“Amazing hidden gem. The building has to be one of the oldest in the area. Food is soup, salads, and sandwiches, but all unique and very tasty. Only difficulty is the hours, they are only open until 2pm. Highly recommend checking out this quaint little local restaurant.“

“Can't speak to the other reviews. Staff are friendly, food is excellent, service was quick. We have been trying to find great fish frys around the area, and this is one of the best. The pieces are thick, soft but don't crumble apart and the tartar sauce has a great homemade flavor you don't find in a lot of places. Potato pancakes are THE best we have come across. Seasoned perfect with that onion/chive taste but eat like a great hashbrown. Colesaw was a light white dressing with a lemon/vinegary taste.

Well worth the visit. We look forward to coming back other nights to try the rest of their menu.

“Every covers I ever go to in the inner city is very stingy with their toppings on ice cream. Customer service sucks. They always have an attitude if you don’t like your job don’t work here. If you can’t do customer service don’t work customer service with that being said, I definitely would be traveling all the way out here to go to culvers cause I love Culver’s.“

“Our grand son wanted his 4th bday party to be at Chuck E. Cheese's and we held it at the Brookfield location on a Sunday, first thing it opened. The atmosphere was not overcrowded with tons of happy, screaming children, nor was there a hint of arguments brewing amongst adult visitors; an unfortunate occurence that blights this franchise. The salad bar was fresh with a little larger cut veggies than the norm. The 🍕 was actually very decent as well the Asian Chili glazed meat ball appetizer. Our grand kids and their guests had a lot of fun. The young man who was our bday party host was a young gentleman who continuosly asked us if we were good. The Chucky mascot was a little bit less enthusiastic than I've seen at other Chucky restaurants. The furst shift manager and staff were very accomodating and friendly, especially to the kids. As we were preparing to leave and the kids casjingn in their points for prizes, the second shift crew came in and there was an immediate difference in demeanor. Very unfriendly and non chalant towards the kids, barely uttering any words to children or adults. Their non-verbal body language said it all that they did not want to be there. Glad we made reservations very early.“
