“decent food. Friendly wait staff. Maybe 3.5 out of 5 stars for me. Only thing that I thought was odd is that you have to wait until your whole party has arrived before they will seat you. It's not a Bartolotta's restaurant, it's a bar. Only 4 of us looking for a regular 4 top table. They wouldn't seat us until the remaining 2 showed up. There were 11 open tables. The place was not packed. I thought that was strange.“

“Had a cheeseburger and fries plus classic Bloody Mary which was pretty good Plate burger and fries came on was too small so juice from pickles kinda saturated the bun. Ordered medium done for meat but pretty much raw. Maybe that was my fault and should of ordered med well? Liked the fries a lot as not too salty. Service was GREAT! Somehow my wallet came out of my pants pocket and must've fell on chair seat. When we'd left, server tried tracking us down but we were already on our way. I realized it wasn't on me when I got home so called. They had retrieved it and put it in a safe place until my son picked it up the next am. Honesty and integrity those workers have there. God bless them! ❤“

“Not very often that my wife and I get an impromptu lunch date, but checking out The Social Haus made it well worth it. We kicked things off with bruschetta and goat cheese crostinis—fresh, flavorful, and a perfect start. The wings? Flat-out phenomenal. For mains, we split the Tiger Burger and the Cajun crispy chicken sandwich—both were excellent. Sindy was all about the fries, and I’ll take those house chips all day. Service was outstanding—friendly and attentive without overdoing it—and it’s exciting to hear about what’s coming next. Patio expansion, big screen TVs, outdoor bar, pickleball courts… they’re clearly building something special here. Definitely a spot we’ll be back to! #GetHereMKE #ChefApproved“

“Stopped in for lunch and was glad I did. Friendly service from the jump—felt like a place where everyone knows each other, but newcomers are still welcome. Locals at the bar, couple of regulars playing games in the corner, and the staff chatting like it’s just another day in paradise.
It’s not quite a dive bar, but has that same laid-back, no-BS charm. Heard good things about the steak sandwich—can confirm it lives up to the hype. Solid lunch spot with a comfortable vibe, decent menu, and just enough grit to keep it real.“

“Have been to The Rox many times, just to stop in, have a few drinks or dinner, or for parties and other events. This is a highly underrated bar, and more folks should give it a try. Great atmosphere, food and drinks are great, and a local business to support. Check out Spring City restaurant attached as well!!“

“We stopped in last night for the first time, after driving by your place 6-10 Xs a week for the last several years. Not sure why it took us so long, probably because we already had several "favorite" fish fries. But yours just jumped to the top of the list. And yes, if you can't decide, go for the combo . . . that's what I did and it exceeded my expectations. We will be back!“

“Best burger and potato salad ever for super reasonable prices!! Bacon on the Burger was awesome. Good service despite not many people working. So sad no one wants to work in the hospitality industry anymore. Thankful for those who do!! Highly recommend! Burgers are always amazing!!“

Very clean and well laid out with great service. I only had some pizza and snacks but they were well prepared and tasty. I will definitely be returning there sometime to watch a Brewers or Packers game on one of their many TVs.“

“I had my brother-in-law's Celebration of Life party at the Thirsty Duck in Sussex for about 55 people. Jessica Neuhaus, the event sales manager, was great to work with and with her help we pulled off a great party. We were able to have a private part with plenty of room for everyone. Even the kids had a great time with the duck pin bowling and corn hole. We had the Southern Style BBQ dinner with pulled pork, smoked brisket and chicken. And, the food was Amazing! I had nothing but compliments from our guest and really it was all the Thirsty Duck. I highly recommend this venue for your next party. Lisa D.“

“First time visiting this pub and grill. We have the Friday fish fry and baked cod which was good. Service was very good. Prices are very reasonable. The menu was geared towards Friday only. Therefore, check the website for the complete menu offerings.“

“Had a lovely luncheon with some wonderful ladies. We sat in the enclosed heated porch area. Very comfortable. Food was wonderful. Love the French fries not bland..good flavor & hot. I love hot food...temperature! Hope to visit again. Reasonable prices!“
