“A friends always goes in to get the order, inside does not have much seating area but there is a large parking lot, most people take to go I'm assuming. JUMBO burgers! I've had Murfs twice now and each time the burgers did not disappoint! Meat was cooked nicely and was juicy! Only complaint was that the bottom buns got soggy towards the end but that's with most burgers that can't even compare in size so I'll give a pass lol. The cheese curds are breaded very nicely! I personally was not a fan of the cheese used it was a bit rubbery but the taste is still good. The custard was gooooood didn't melt quickly either. I am ashamed to say I only ordered custard once but trust I will be back to try a shake! Prices are reasonable too for the portions and quality.“

“Came on a Friday with a friend for her birthday lunch. She was craving a burger and this place hit the mark! It was way busier than I expected for a hole in the wall place in Waukesha. There is a front area with tables, a bar, and a stage. We went into the back area that was a little quieter - still had TVs and a relaxed atmosphere. Our waitress was sweet but a bit overwhelmed. Took way longer than expected for two burgers with tots. I had a turkey burger and my dining companion had the black and blue burger sans bun. We both liked our meals and the prices were fair. There were a variety of families, friends, and coworkers hanging out. I would return to watch a game or for lunch, but wouldn't bank on getting in and out quickly, so plan accordingly.“

The general manager and team were so sweet to me today. I never tried matcha and they made me one to try with no pressure. “We often eat at this restaurant when we visit Pewaukee. This local small business is known for its delicious frozen custard and large flame-broiled burgers, but it also has a variety of sandwiches, sundaes, and malts. Our favorites are the Cheese Dog and the Cheeseburger (which pleasantly surprised me the first time I ordered because of its huge size--1/3 lb). Each day they have a custard flavor of the day and chocolate and vanilla custard. They even give you a calendar with the flavors so you can plan to visit when your favorite flavor is offered. If you order mashed potatoes with butter as I like them, be sure to tell the service person you want HOT mashed potatoes. I like them hot enough to melt the butter. And buttered broccoli! Both were very good. Because I know that restaurants tend to overcook their burgers, I ordered mine medium-rare, and it came out medium, the way that I like it. The sauce and the bacon were excellent additions. I swapped by fries for a side salad and was surprised by how large and nice it was made up.My one complaint would be that the tables were a little close, and since it was a crowded lunch time, at times it was a little hard to hear.
