Went from a 5 star to 3, not sure what the hurry was preparing food Wednesday evening. Our party reserved a table for 10, my scallops and pasta both had enough sand to fill a Barbie sand box. My husbands steak was tuff and tired. Not very happy at all. My favorite dirty martini with blue cheese stuffed olives were no longer available. Folks, I would choose a new favorite steak house. Realize this place is closing in September, what should we all suffer. Sad...
This place is a gem in the current day and age we live in. You get this sense of nostalgia and out-of-bodiness upon entering the place, like "what year is it!?"The food was superb, best oyster Rockefeller I've had in a while (it's the bacon), medium rare steak on point, the whole 9, yall.Overall, this place is a fore runner on my return list. We had a great time!
