“We ordered carry out and it was a good experience, The wait wasn’t very long. We ordered a medium stuffed pizza and I would have loved to see more cheese inside. It was not cheesy at all, disappointing, considering the price. The breaded mushrooms, hot wings and the breadsticks were good. The wings are a pretty good size, I ordered bone in. Their Tiramisu slices are very good.“

“This is, without a doubt, one of my favorite places to eat. Almost is everything is handmade from scratch and super fresh. The pizza is amazing. The deep fried food is so good, I have to get something fried everytime I go. The sandwiches and lasagna are crazy good. They have a great selection of beverages, both alcohol and non. I highly recommend a visit to this place. If you like pizza or Italian style food, you won't be disappointed.

Vegetarian options: Veggie pizza and veggie sub and a few other things from what I remember. The vegetarian selection isn't huge, but there are definitely some options.

Kid-friendliness: Nice family diner atmosphere. Has a small candy machine and big gumball machine. Also has a driving simulator video game for kids to play as well.

Wheelchair accessibility: No curbs in the lot leading to the door, so wheel chair accessibility is not a problem. Handicap space in the lot, is directly next to the rear entrance as well. No automatic door though.“

“The place was super chill and we were the only customer there. Pizza and tots came out fresh n hot! I got the vegan option and it was so fluffy and savory! The sweet bbq sauce taste is strong a little too sweet for me since there was pineapples on it too but I would order again! The tots were surprisingly super good! I wasn’t expecting much but it was so crispy and tossed in something cause we finish it pretty quick.“

“It was great the atmosphere is very nice and peaceful, the location was great it's not in downtown Madison on state street like the other one and you can actually find a place to park which is great. The pizza was 10/10. The building is so cool. Don't know why some karen left a 2 star review because they wouldn't give her free pizza that doesn't seem fair at all to the business. Paid $26 for 4 slices of pizza total, and 2 canned sodas for 2 people to eat. The employees we dealt with were friendly.

If you're from Madison, you know Pizza Pit has been around forever and had almost a dozen locations in the Madison metro area until things "changed" circa 2000. Fiore and the Cottage Grove Road location have CONSISTENTLY & for a long, long time, provided searing hot, wickedly-spicy (I think the spice, or hot factor, has changed from say, the 90's - in the sauce) pizza to satiate even the most ardent fuss-butt. Pizza Pit was years into delivering their signature 'spiced' - 'Za & in any precarious situation or icy road condition - while Glass Nickel was "still looking at the lingerie section of the Sears catalog." I'm not attempting to take anything away from Glass Nickel, as their spinach cheese bread and many other things are great. But, SO does Pizza Pit, that is, have an invariably extensive menu of delicious products to fill your stomach so your body is nourished properly - saving your ever-loving soul. Epic employees in town, visitors in town for a Badger game or whatever or whomever reads this - I have had pizza all over the world, and Pizza Pit is uniquely delectible & sumptuous. A truly Madison original. I realize opinion is subjective - so, maybe I'm a different breed of cat. -_-P.s. Endeavor to spread the positive, and try to limit the negative...leave it in your inner-space, so we can finally get to outer space.“

It’s a bit of an awkward wait (longer than you’d expect), and I wouldn’t recommend eating at the tables inside unless the weather is poor. Go outside and enjoy the view!
