Charles seved my family and I on last thursday for a birthday lunch. He was charismatic, kind, and most of all attentive. Charles is also an active listener who took information from each person at the table and used it to exceed our individual expectations. Even solutions I didnt know he could solve. “I go here for a networking lunch regularly. I've never had a bad experience or meal. I do not know what they do to the creamed corn but it's magic. There's a balance of flavors I can't replicate. “Once and Done ! We made (quite) a trip to experience Le's Pho bc of the glowing reviews it had rec'd on this site. So sorry to say we were sorely disappointed. The place was uninviting even for a cafeteria, incl. flies and a messy toilet with reams of boxes stored in the hallway. At Noon hour there was just one waitress who pretended to barely notice us and hardly spoke English. The menu showed huge mark-ups from prior prices still visible beneath. As appetizer we ordered the butterfly calamary ($12) which we both love, though not these which were full of chunks of empty breading. The Claypot Seafood ($15) was a large bowl of steamed vegetables containing almost no seafood; asides were bamboo shoots and a mountain of steamed rice. The Pho Steak Brisket ($13) was a large vegetable terrine with thinly sliced meat slivers as tasteless as tough strips of leather. The vegetable stew and broth actually tasted fine, but we were missing the seafood and steak brisket advertised on the menu. Though cost was not the issue, we still felt the $60 tab was overpriced for the all around sorry experience.“

I was impressed by their cocktail menu and ordered the Lavender Haze which was so delicious. Great taste and mouthfeel. I should’ve ordered a second one.

The red pepper soup is a must try! Service was a little slow, but we were there to enjoy our time and company so I was glad for it. They were very busy and the staff were fantastic. “From beginning to end we had a delightful dinner. The service was excellent. Our water was filled often. I had the ribs which were done perfectly and meaty!\nThey came with corn bread(I usually don't like but this was delicious and warm.) Cole slaw and Mac and cheese, which were very good also. My husband had the Thursday night pork dinner special. That came with a large side salad, mashed potatoes, corn on the cob and wonderful crusty bread. We both enjoyed ourselves very much! “Fujiyama is my absolute favorite Japanese restaurant! They have, in my opinion, the best sushi rolls and salmon sashimi, along with attentive service and delicious cocktails.

My favorite sushi roll is the Angry Dragon, which perfectly combines the sweetness of fruit with the crispiness of tempura shrimp, topped with a tasty mango sauce. For appetizers, the Crab Rangoon and Gyoza are my go-tos. The Crab Rangoon has a rich, authentic cream cheese flavor, unlike the artificial taste I’ve experienced at some other places. The sauce served with the gyoza is a hit with both my husband and me; we even use it with our sushi!

I’ve visited several times, and the cocktails recommended by the servers have always been great. My favorite is the Lychee Martini. It features lychee, a popular fruit in China that’s juicy and bouncy, and the drink has a unique tropical fruit flavor.

I haven’t tried much of the hibachi menu, but I did enjoy the Hibachi Chicken during their Monday and Tuesday specials. I love how they season their sauces.

The service here is very thoughtful. They provide warm towels for you to clean your hands, and there’s a surprise song and dessert for birthdays (although I haven’t celebrated mine here yet, the dessert looks amazing!). On my last visit, I accidentally left my phone behind, and a server even ran out into the rain to return it to me, which is why I’m able to write this review from my phone.

Fujiyama is a restaurant with a long history, and they continue to excel in everything they do.“

On the website it seemed to be a sit down place where you would be waited on. That was not the case, which is fine but there are instructions or guides as to how they operate. I had to ask the staff which worked fine but wish it was more clear. Overall I would go again the food was very tasty and it was very relaxed and calm in the cafe.

Parking: The parking lot is shared with a fitness center so it can be a bit confusing but there are a few spots specifically marked for this location they are just right in the beginning of the parking lot.“
