“I ordered imperial eggrolls upon entering the facility. There was a very dense appearance and smell of old refrigeration. The hostess was very nice. The price was very good two dollars per egg roll and the eggrolls were basic. I go there again only if it was only option close to my home and I don’t feel like driving, I believe everyone agrees they need to clean up that place clear that smell and turn on some lights because lots of places turn off lights to hide infestation of mice and roaches, and we can only imagine what the kitchen looks likeMaybe that’s why the prices are so cheap but there’s hope simply shut it down, clean it up, clean the windows and doors when you first come in and people may start to come back because it is a very ideal location in terms of option for Chinese food culturally cooked versus Hong Kong express located nearby on the northwest side near 76 in good Hope in Mill Road

Most actual dishes just do not dance on your palate the same way you remembered them. Surprised to hear that Cafe Everest was so close to my travel area, I decided to give them a try. I had little in expectations as the blending of spices is a delicate formula and many have tried but none came close to my memories. Each bite led me to another, the spices brought me back to the same conclusions after each and every bite "oh this is good it is really good. I was and am delighted. “Well I was pleasantly surprised. New owners but my food tasted just like the previous owners. Must have shared the recipes. The portion was very generous. I'll get 2 meals out of it. Curry chicken entre is what I ordered. Delicious. The young man that rang up my order was very friendly. I asked if they were family and he said they were distant relatives. “Ordered take out last night from here for the first. Employee answered promtly. They said our huge order would take 20 minutes. I walked in right on time and everything was hot and ready for us. Prices were great, the establishment clean. The employees wore bright smiles, and they even gave us complimentary almond cookies. They were the freshest almond cookies I've ever had with Chinese take out. They did everything right and next time im in town, I won't call the other Chinese takeout locations that i usually do when in hartford/slinger get/jackson area. I'll be calling these fine folks“

“Egg rolls!!! The reviews are correct! I got 6 egg rolls from here to bring to a dinner, and they were PERFECT! I called, and they were bagged up as I walked in the door. Friendly greetings from the owners, delicious fresh sweet & sour sauce, and everything was still hot and ready to eat when I got to the house ??? Can't wait to try more things!

“I've lived in Cedarburg for 7 years and New Fortune is still my favorite restaurant to this day. The crab rangoons are nice and fried, not too much stuffing so it doesn't get soggy and gross. I typically get either the General Tso's chicken or sesame chicken and it's always perfect. The people and atmosphere are also great.“
