“Excellent service! Delicious food! Four of us celebrated my birthday here last night and enjoyed every single detail. The calamari and arancini appetizers were flavorful and breaded perfectly. One person had a Caesar salad, he said it was perfect. For our courses, my husband devoured his Cappellaci All Aragosta, but not before sharing a bite with each of us, and it was soooooo good. I had the Spaghetti Al Funghetto and absolutely loved it. Mom and dad also enjoyed their pasta dishes very much. Our desserts were crème brûlée, cannoli, and tiramisu. All made in house and all delicious. Then the service. The staff took very good care of us. Our waiter happened to be one of the owners, Sergio. We were lucky to hear about his history of working in the restaurant industry in Madison for years at restaurants we had known, now running his own! He was so passionate and interactive about the menu, it was so fun! By the end of our meal, my husband and I already had our next date set for another dinner at Fratelli’s. And in Madison, with so many options to try, we don’t revisit many places often, but Fratelli’s is going to the top of our list.“

“We went to Indian Curry House yesterday for lunch and the three of us each ordered something different but we tried each other's dishes and all were so outstanding! The lamb was so tender, shrimp was large and succulent. The chicken was moist and tender. All the seasonings used were very flavorful! The service was fast and the owners were very kind! We definitely plan on returning when we are in the area.“

“There is a good selection of Chinese food, pho, sushi and hibachi. Quality has gone done slightly and there are no longer crabs so less seafood when their signage says seafood. You still get your money's worth for $17.99 not including beverage.“

“Amazing fish fry! Madison’s best kept secret. I recommend the catch of the day. I happened to get tilapia, swordfish and salmon. This is a must when visiting Madison. No seating so find a nice park or relax in your car. Wonderful service, fast and hot. Pictures= #1 catch of the day and #2 calamari“

“Food is all around solid. Ordering is table side via qr code and they bring it to your table pretty quickly (~3-5 minutes this visit).

The Apex galbi, bulgogi, and chicken bulgogi are all good. Definitely get some of the vegetables as well, they're a good balance to a very meat heavy meal. Price as of writing is $35 for 90 minutes of all you can eat, so it's not cheap but you can leave as full as you want to. Our server was great in offering us suggestions and bringing out a small sample of the more Korean desserts so we could try them.

“Don't order take out, there is no quality control coming out of that kitchen. In particular the broasted chicken. I doesn't even resemble chicken, it's so bad. Prior to the Maple Tree reopening, it was awesome. We've tried a half dozen times since then with no luck. So we won't order take out again, and being long time locals, we have no interest in dining in with the long wait. Glad business is booming, just bring back good take out.“

“GREAT seafood! The house sauce is delicious and the snow crab legs are always amazing! Only issue I have is they advertise “fried scallops” as an appetizer for $8-$9 dollars, but it’s not actual scallops. The texture, taste and appearance is similar to the Krab (aka pulverized white fish and starch). Which would be IF that’s what actual scallop lovers and seafood eaters were expecting. When brought to the waitresses attention, she simply walked away to get the bill I requested without explanation. All in all, I’ll be back, but I’ll never order the “scallops” again.“

“I am not a regular customer of this establishment, but normally received decent service when I do order until today. I always get the same thing and don't necessarily stray away from my normal order when I do come here. I would order a 6 piece chicken/6 piece fish combo which comes with fries and drink and add our own condiments. The meal normally comes out to $21.99 and with taxes $23.20. But I was charged $25 and some change. The price didn't sounded right and asked for a breakdown in charges. The cashier proceed to show me the cash register to demonstrate no errors occurred. But it shows the original amount of $23.20 (normal price with taxes as original stated). The cashier claim that price shown is the price only for the chicken, then proceeded in trying to convince me that because I wanted a combo meal (fries and drink) that an additional $2.00 will be added. I needed to double check my transaction history and statement to reconfirm the details, where I confirmed that I paid $23.50 in the past. I do not like shady business practices in which businesses are taking advantage and over charging minorities who are primarily black customers because these types of restaurants are in black communities. I noticed that recently received PPP with an upward of $9500 for their business. If you choose to continue going to this place, please get a receipt and ask questions and advocate for yourself. It isn't right when minorities have been heavy impacted by the pandemic with health and financially.“

“I have Celiac's so I cannot eat here or pretty much at any Chinese restaurant. My husband likes the food and the speed in which your order is ready. Large portions for a decent price. Since it's only a carry out or delivery restaurant, there really isn't an atmosphere.“

“Love Portabella - food, atmosphere and service. The fact that developers from Texas want to tear it down and put up high-rise apartments makes me want to throw up. Call the city of Madison zoning board and tell them you don’t want that restaurant destroyed.“
