“I'd say staff is generally pleasant and orders are correct about 90% of the time. I know they're very busy and doing their best. The registers seem like they may be a bit complicated for some of the employees taking the orders; especially if you have additions or subtractions to what you're getting. No big deal, they make it right no questions asked. The building is usually clean and stocked. I appreciate very much they also employ people with some genetic conditions to give them something meaningful to do. If only others in society who live off the government would want to work like these great people....“

“I think this is the best location out of all of them. It's huge! Plenty of places to sit comfortably with your family and enjoy a sweet treat. They make some of the very best ice cream I've ever had in Madison. And they have dairy free options for people with allergies. I love everything about this company.“

“This is a local takeout place. Mostly what they have are ice cream cakes, ice cream, and their little Frozen treats. But they do have soda and hot dogs as well. Not bad if you want to grab something to go. They have a lot of dessert options here. And there are some tables to sit outside and eat at.“

“I was having car maintenance work done adjacently to this coffee shop, and while I was waiting came here. The vibes? Immaculate; very autumnal.🍂 The latte? Clearly made with love (the mug it was in☕️ & the foam art🥺). There was a cutie book club meeting going on while I was here as well. A very friendly and welcoming coffee shop. I would 10/10 recommend this place and return.“

“Zuzus has incredible food as far as I can tell. The food here is surprisingly delicious, and has like complex flavors and creative recipes with fresh ingredients. It's not expensive, the portion sizes aren't insane, and it's usually light, tastes good, fresh, and right next to the zoo. I would say this is one of my most favorite restaurants that I've visited so far in Madison, as someone who doesn't go to sit-down restaurants a lot. The cooks here are really good, and I think that has to do with the size of the menu. The quality you get here is like, more value for your buck than most of the casual food places I've been in this city. I recommend this place. The atmosphere outside is okay, considering its right next to an intersection, it can be variable. It looks alright inside. The service is alright.“

“For fast food the burgers were very good the fries were also very good. The quality of the food was outstanding for fast food. The price was also very good. This isn't anything gourmet but definitely worth the price. Hands down better than other fast food competitors. I really liked that there was malt vinegar available as a condiment for the fries. The menu is relatively simply which shows they are focused on doing what they do well. For what is an typical fast food hamburger joint everything ran smooth and was pleasant. If you are looking for a really good fast burger and fresh cut fries that were frozen and don't want to pay 30 plus dollars at five guys this is the place to go. I would say the food stacks up better than five guys at about half the price.“

I’m kind of high maintenance, but Iran was very patient and double checked to make sure my order was correct. Our order came up very quickly, and was perfect.
