“My grandchildren and I recently visited Firehouse Subs, after we found it listed on the Gluten Free app. My granddaughters and I must be gluten free, so this was an exciting idea to us--to go to a sub place that offered not only gluten free bread, but REALLY good gluten free bread! Besides that, the staff was so friendly and helpful to our crazy bunch of cousins! Thank you! Thank you!“

“A team leader from another store was in helping out with orders because other employees weren’t scheduled I came in on Thursday around 1230-1245. She handled it well plus the associate that worked. “First time using their online order & pick up option. I liked this better for customizing. I ordered a chicken cheddar deluxe sub in a bowl, with extra meat and cheese for $1.99 which was worth it in my opinion. I also ordered regular cheese curds. In the note section I also requested 2 cups of ranch, I needed one for my cheese curds. (I should’ve asked for 3 since the salad was so big). I do think there should be a separate option in the online ordering for dressing/sauces but I appreciate the notes being seen and accommodated. The salad was great, everything was fresh and it was a large portion. Cheese curds were good, I’ve never had them before, regular was a good portion for one person. Pick up was easy and staff was friendly. Utensils and plenty of napkins packed in the bag as well.“
