“Haven't been to a Cousins in 10-15 years. Stopped in this evening and got a couple subs to go. Staff was friendly and efficient. Place was clean, including the women's restroom according to my wife. Subs were as good as I remembered.“

“I pick up catering orders from here several times a year, and I also come in for lunch several times a month. Consistently a great option - really good sandwiches and friendly service. The few times I had an issue, I returned to the store and they made it right without complaint and apologized for the mistake. The shorter African American manager also helped me out in a pinch once when I placed an order that was VERY last minute due to a change in schedule with visitors coming to visit our site. She was so kind and accommodating, even though my order clearly backed up the line a bit. Thanks for the great service. The only comment I would make is that I always pick up and take out. The one time I was considering eating in, there wasn't a clean table available. It's a sign of the times and places are short staffed, so I get it. The food prep area has always been very clean, though, which is what matters most.“

“The Chocolate Factory in Elm Grove is a family favorite. My daughter and I can’t resist stopping for a couple of scoops of ice cream, and my wife loves their chocolate-dipped cones. Their soups and sandwiches are just as good. With friendly service, a cozy atmosphere, and great food all around, it’s one of our favorite spots.“

“Sit outside and had lunch at Jersey. Mike's definitely one of my favorite sub shops. My first time encountering it was when I was living on the west coast. They didn't even have them in the midwest so I was happy when they brought them here. Same great taste“

“Food is good but I don’t appreciate being left on hold for 10 minutes on the phone. I walked in and the lady told me they were busy. Didn’t sound like it while I was on the phone holding and when I walked in there I saw only one family. She was trying to cover for the fact that she forgot. She should have just been honest.“
