“We loved this place and wish we found it at the beginning of our get away. Felt we were in Germany with the atmosphere. Loved the bar. Grabbed a drink and appetizer, that the bartender recommended and it as great. then had an authentic German dinner. Was a fun experience.“

The chicken fingers were crispy. Fries were great. Ice cream was refreshing. Oh, root beer was good too!

I didn't use them but the bathrooms really are clean (check out the sign).“

The last time we were there I ordered the Ribeye and I am very fussy when it comes to steak. It was absolutely fantastic, cooked just how I asked and the flavor was wonderful. “This place straight up is a staple of Beaver Dam. We moved away 18 years ago and feel in love with the Friday night fish fries and the owners. Food is great value for what you pay. The potato salad was to die for and I don’t get excited about potato salad. Stop by and enjoy a great tavern. From Atlanta Georgia, Christopher Bell… no relation but a great name 🤪“
