I had the pleasure of dining at The Landing Food & Spirits my visit was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere made me feel right at home. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that every need was met with a smile.

The food was absolutely delicious! I had it exceeded my expectations in both flavor and presentation. The menu offers a great variety, so there's something for everyone. Whether you're looking for a hearty meal or a light bite, you’ll find it here.

The drinks were also top-notch—whether you’re into craft cocktails or prefer something more classic, there’s a great selection to choose from.

My recommendation you gotta get a good music system to enhance the vibes.

Prime rib sandwich is pillow soft, so flavorful and satisfying. Great garlic and herb butter seasoning on everything. I had a nasty respiratory infection a couple months prior, hadn't been able to taste much of anything for over two months... until coming here. I could taste the amazing flavor cooked into all of our items for the first time since getting sick. This was probably about the most satisfying dining experience I've ever had. “I am always leary about hotel restaurants. Will it be good? Is it worth the added expense? YES! YES! in this case. Bar tender did a great job with the negroni and dirty martini. Our server was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, when we needed it!. We shared a wedge salad and each had soup-we were going to get lasagna but quickly realized we would hardly eat a bite-so our server gladly cancelled that part of our order. We found this place convenient-we were staying at the hotel and going to a concert at BMO but are now fans-i would consider returning. All aspects were better than expected!“

We’ve never had a bad experience or food, but today was particularly exceptional as it was the first time we brought our boys (2 years and 11 months). We had promised our 2 year old ice cream with breakfast as where we were originally going to go, they have malts. Much to our surprise they were closed, cue the toddler meltdown 🫠 Highlands cafe to save the day! “We had my birthday brunch at Oak Barrel and it couldn't have gone any smoother! They saved the day after another well-known MKE restaurant completely ghosted us just 2-weeks before the date. Communication with Mackenzie and booking could not have gone any better. We had the entire upstairs area to ourselves plus we were able to order off the actual brunch menu (which I LOVE). Our bartender, Danny, was amazing, attentive and provided excellent service to our guests. There were several other staff members helping out (I didn't get their names unfortunately) who were all amazing. This was the first time at Oak Barrel for a lot of our friends and family and they said they would definitely be back.
