“Can't speak much about their lunch or dinner, but breakfast at Craft is awesome! We stayed at the The Trade Hotel for 9 days and have tried every item on the breakfast menu. The short rib hash, Killbourn, and the breakfast burrito are my go-to items, but everything else is very solid as well and well priced. Coffee is free too. Plus friendly servers and quick service! They ran short on the bottle of wine that was recommended with it so they gave me a partial glass at no cost and then had me reselect a second option; great customer service. “My husband and I met a sweet couple at a wine pairing last night who told us about their favorite Italian restaurant, Zarletti and said we should make sure we went when Brian was working behind the bar. We ended up going with them that night and had not only the best Italian food we've ever tasted, but probably one of the best meals! “We had a wonderful dinner to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday. I put on the reservation that it was for a birthday celebration and they had a card and decorations at the table for her. They also brought us complimetary champagne for a toast and a beautiful complimentary dessert. Angela our waitress went above and beyond to make my mother feel special. And the food was amazing. Their Lobster Bisque is so good. Can't wait to go back.“

If you’re looking for good paella in Milwaukee - look no further. The chorizo was amazing and had a great spice.

The menu is easy to understand - there is either an 8 course menu or you can paella (which comes with an appetizer, dessert, and cava, sparkling wine). Because it’s a small operation, you pretty much pick from a few options.

When we walked in, we were greeted by Chef, who is a wonderful cook but also so welcoming and kind. The service was very personal, which added to the dining experience.

It’s hard to pick if I preferred the appetizer, the Valenciana paella, the flan, or the bread pudding. They were all delicious! I will say, the flan was unique in a way that I really enjoyed.

Overall, I’m looking forward to returning here on a cold winter night or a long summer evening.“

“We used the Greige Patisserie for our November 2023 wedding in Oconomowoc, WI. They did our personal cutting cake and dessert bar. We mainly communicated with Miranda, who was very responsive, professional and helpful. The dessert tasting appointment was really fun to try out some of the more popular treats. They delivered and set-up all the desserts on wedding day and it looked perfect. The cake was absolutely beautiful and exactly like the inspo pictures we shared. The dessert bar was a hit and we had multiple guests talking about how good all the treats were all weekend. We had s’mores shooters, strawberry shortcake shooters, lemon bars, salted caramel tarts, snickerdoodle cookies and macarons. We would definitely recommend the Greige Patisserie to future couples. We ordered the zucchini fritters, fried calamari, baked chicken, shrimp souvlaki, and got the tzatziki/Tarama/Tirokafteri dips w/ pita bread. Everything tasted impeccable and the presentation of the food was great! Atmosphere was perfect for the sunny day. I also got a Salty Cucumber cocktail and it was super refreshing and tasty.
