“We stopped at this Wendy's on our way home from a concert in Chicago. It was after closing time, but there were cars in the drive-thru, so in true human nature we got in line. The guy that took care of us was very friendly and professional. You would never know that he was probably way past his shift. We were so tired and hungry, anything would have tasted good, but our food was made hot and fresh. My husband and I were both very impressed with this restaurant. Thank you for a great experience.“

My daughter loves Wendy's so we are there often and I almost don't want to go to that one anymore because I'm so disappointed with their service. I'll go up to ask for something and employees just walk by . Horrible language. I was leaving one day and I ordered a chili to go on the kiosk, but I had cash so I had to tell them so I could pay. The lady literally looked straight at me and said nothing. I had to leave without the chili because nobody came to help me.“

“Stopped by the Dairy Queen on Sheridan road in Kenosha Wisconsin after reading on Facebook that the owner still dips the Dilly bars by hand and had to see for myself and was very pleased to see that it's true that this is one of the very few Dairy Queens around that still dips their Dilly bars by hand and you can tell the difference right away the hand dipped Dilly bars are so much better you get more coating and just the authentic look and taste with the classic handmade swirl on top makes all the difference plus they offer hard to find flavors like cherry and butterscotch so if you want the real deal Dilly bar you can only find it at the Dairy Queen on Sheridan road and it's the only way to eat one correctly.“

Parking: Huge parking lot, no way it will ever be full. And if it was you wouldn't want to stop there then because it would take 45-50min probably to get an order in+filled. Fortunately it is never that full or busy, especially inside.“

“The people are very nice and make me feel comfortable. Sometimes they’re slammed and make mistakes, but that’s pretty much ANY McDonalds lol. They are all hard workers. I haven’t noticed any mask being worn under the nose so far, so 👏 I’ve been coming here a lot lately for digital drawing, and this particular restaurant seem to be catching onto that. I feel happy when I see their familiar faces, and i hope the feeling is mutual. I have Asperger Syndrome, and sometimes I feel like I ask too many questions. They are forgiving and patient and I’m thankful that they are so nice to me. I had a bad experience here years ago cuz I overheard some teenage girls making fun of me. However, I haven’t had any bad experience like that since I’ve moved back to this area. “This is the best Wendy's in Kenosha. 3 or 4 cars ahead of you? No problem, maybe 5 mins. Now if you go to the location on 39th and 75th, 3 or 4 cars has you waiting almost 30 minutes. Glad this place has competent management. I live a block from the 39th location and will never go back there, 52nd is worth the drive, I'll have my foot in my house sooner than the 1 block drive from 39th.“

“I believe this is family run. We ordered 2 Blizzards and a strawberry Sunday. That was the biggest and best Sunday we have bought all season. Both of the Blizzards were loaded with the flavoring that we chose.

Kid-friendliness: Both food and ice cream for kids.“

“Service is never fantastic but not terrible. The food is great though. Prior to moving near the restaurant, I only had Firehouse a few times mainly because other locations did terrible and got sick another time from the food.

I’ve eaten at this location several times in the last 3 months and it’s always delicious. Favorite is the beef brisket; can’t go wrong!

“I love White Castle. But I hate what it does to me. Went through the drive-thru this location, service was great. Ask for everything, ketchup and mustard, and they were able to accommodate. Some might castles won't put ketchup or mustard on for you, they'll just give you packets on the side.“

Got a call from Regional Manager . well..he gave me tickets for 2 free meals..hm. Got the biggest roast beef sandwich they had...no lettuce and tomato...came just plain. That's about it. Decent size...“

“Dairy Queen used to have very inexpensive, soft serve. It's still very good, but a little bit more expensive. The only ice cream they have is vanilla, chocolate, or twist (both). They also carry slushies, milkshakes, ice cream and candy, and Dilly Bars, one of my favorites, that come in chocolate, butterscotch, etc. The food they sell are hot dogs, chili dogs, and hamburgers, which I call junk food. The food is average.“
