“Some of the best food I’ve ever had, I’ve had at Birch. I try to visit as often as I can. I usually go for the steak or pork chop. Both are cooked to perfection. Also, the fennel salad, crunchy farm vegetables, and anything involving tomatoes is recommended.“

“Incredible restaurant for an exquisite dining experience. I loved my “Day in the Kitchen” with the Sanford team. The 7 course surprise tasting menu was incredible, and they seemed to incorporate specific foods that we focused during my kitchen experience. “If you’re reading this, make the reservation. Easily a 10/10 meal. We started with the burrata, their specialty. It was, in a word, divine. The bread was perfectly toasted. The salad underneath the burrata changes seasonally, and the apricot, honey, and truffle oil elevated it beyond expectation. I could have had another order of this for my entrée and been set. My chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Unpretentious but perfectly executed. The potatoes and broccolini came to life with the lemon caper sauce. My husband had the mac n’ cheese with short rib. The creamy mac and tender meat don’t compete in flavor — they’re in a loving, happy marriage. This is what restaurant BBQ mac should be. I’m not usually a crème brûlée person, or at least, I thought I wasn’t. I let my husband pick the dessert, and it did not disappoint. Perfectly creamy and flavorful. This is the experience you want when you decide you’re ordering a dessert. The service was top-notch. The alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks were all delightful. Heirloom MKE delivered one of my favorite dinners to date.“

“Was never to Oscars before. I didn't expect that I'd be eating the greatest burger I've had in my Life. Meat was thick and juicy. Bun was clean and soft. Onion rings were hot with a firm dense crust. My friend and I were almost in disbelief. Staff was incredibly polite. Clientele, (place was packed), were well-mannered. I'll definitely be back. 10/10“

“We had a lovely experience on the beautiful, secluded patio for my husband's birthday. Our server was Maya, who took very good care of us, and timed our shared plates just right. We had the crab stuffed poblano pepper (delicious), 6 oysters on the half shell (very fresh!) also the tuna sashimi dish, which was outstanding, and the duck tenderloin which was my favorite, and was accompanied with an Asian-inspired slaw. We each had three of the signature cocktails, which were delicious. Overall, an absolutely wonderful evening from start to finish“

“There's something about tucking into the bar at Palomino when it's cold and wintery...it's perfect. Last night we had the savory hand pie of the day, a cubano, which was absolutely spectacular. That pastry dough is life changing. Balanced flavors. AMAZING. Dry rub wings were cooked perfectly and the fries, THE FRIES, THE FRIES! So good. Extensive whiskey/bourbon selection too which is fun to see and try new things. Don't skip this spot! Tuck in and hide from the cold!“

“I tried the Cali skillet this morning. The eggs were done perfectly over medium. A nice skin over the yolk that was pierced by toast yet an ample amount of fluid yolk for dunking toast in. The feta cheese really complemented the avocado, mushrooms and spinach. It's a great melody with a dash of Tabasco and Louisiana hot sauce and sourdough toast. I'll have to return to try the breaded veal cutlet.“

To say the least, I was surprised if I had been informed before I had ordered, I may have decided to stay. Now I'll ask to see if there's a charge and if there is. “Cafe Lulu never disappoints. Service from Joel great. Both sandwiches excellent, Moroccan chicken very juicy. My companion loved her flank steak banh mi. I always get the terrific Asian slaw which is bountiful and so welcome an alternative to fries. This batched needed a hint more vinegar. Reasonably priced wine list. Pies are made in house. Took a piece of rhubarb home, delightful. Cozy atmosphere.“

“I love my visits to the Hyatt Regency Hotel Downtown Milwaukee due to the amazing service of Koty the bartender. He makes the most amazing custom cocktails that provide a truly enjoyable experience. He ask the flavors you like in addition to preferred alcohol. And then creates a masterpiece. He always delivers and keeps my coming back on a weekly basis for more with as many friends as I can get to come with me! He is a true gem to the hotel, bar and overall superior service!“

“Fun night with my sister and our youngests. ❤️❤️ This place is amazing. HIGHLY recommend. The food was outstanding, wine was incredible, but the service was unheard of. We ended up there because Onesto had a two and a half hour wait at 5pm. We half only walked into Tre Rivali to get out of the cold, but they immediately swept us away. Their dining room was full but they created an area for us that was just perfect. One of the hosts, who without hesitation set us up with a table that accommodated the kids and gave us that fine dining experience, he was just wonderful the entire night, like we were old friends and he was happy to see us. Our waitress was sweet as can be, really knew the menu and also treated us like we were her regulars. Then another man whose name I didn't get was offering to take family photos and even took my nephew back to watch his pizza get made. I've had many great meals throughout my travels and this was up there, but I'm not sure I've ever had an experience quite this memorable. ❤️“
