“Just wanna say, we just got 3 subs for me and my siblings and they were all full and filling, came hot and fresh! Aswell as the cookies, all subs were labeled to, which is always nice. My meatball sub was packed and had meat in every bite and had great flavor, definitely best I’ve had in a while, better than any other place I’ve have in town for as long as I can remember. We’re all really satisfied with the food, and definitely gonna be ordering from cousins in town here more often, they did an amazing job on the subs! We appreciate the team taking the time to make some top quality sandwiches for us tonight. They nailed it!“

“I placed a delivery order around 11 am today and learned that sometimes JJ has to go through a 3rd party delivery service. After about an hour it still showed that the food was waiting to be picked up, so I called the store. The employee who answered was very nice, and said they just remade my sandwich due to the 3rd party taking so long, and had already refunded my order. I'm about 5 minutes away and offered to just come pick up the sandwich. Not only was their new toasted sub still warm, they even gave me an additional free sandwich coupon. I'll likely stick to pick up only in the future since I'm not a huge fan of DD/UE.“

“The lady too our order tonight was AMAZING! She was right down sweet and had the best customer service EVER! The best that I have in a very long time. I say this because I have worked in the food world before. She did everything to a very high Serve Safe Certification. Because I have the Certification I hold places to that and if not I talk to the managers about it. Again SHE was AMAZING EMPLOYEE!“

“I got food at 9:30 AM on April 25th I didn't catch the woman's name but she was outstanding with the way that she handled service and the care that she put into making the sandwich she actually put the time into making sure that it was made right so that it would taste the best it possibly could She clearly really cares about any work she does and makes even making a sandwich an art form I was really grateful for this experience you guys have a great person working for you. And the shredded rotisserie chicken was delicious I've never been at a Subway that did this She said she shredded it herself and clearly puts love into The food Highly recommend“

“Very clean. Great beverage dispenser. Friendly staff. Great sandwiches! However, when chips are the primary side, there really should be a plain potato or plain corn chip option. Many of us come to Subway for the healthy veggies and don't want flavor on the chips (or Baked Lays).
