“Good food and they deliver!“

“I placed a delivery order around 11 am today and learned that sometimes JJ has to go through a 3rd party delivery service. After about an hour it still showed that the food was waiting to be picked up, so I called the store. The employee who answered was very nice, and said they just remade my sandwich due to the 3rd party taking so long, and had already refunded my order. I'm about 5 minutes away and offered to just come pick up the sandwich. Not only was their new toasted sub still warm, they even gave me an additional free sandwich coupon. I'll likely stick to pick up only in the future since I'm not a huge fan of DD/UE.“

“I went in on tuesday evenig. I was the I was the only cutsomer pllanned on gettin 3 subs 2 churos. Well my grandson was trying to climb on a highchair. I told please dont do that mi d me hes only 2. The person that was behind the counter said to my grandson.. " Hey sir stop doing that.) Then if LOOKS could kill ŵe be out. He was giving my 2yrold a devils look. I was mad i told him what right does he have to look at him that way! So then he apolgized . Wasnt having it I got 1 sub and the xhuros and left!“

“We’ve loved K’s since the beginning, the smoothies are always a hit for Mom, Dad and our little girl. Yesterday we stopped in with friends visiting from overseas. We arrived one minute post lunch time, it was completely my fault for failing to realize the time. Despite my shortfall, we got 3 incredible sandwiches, a salad and smoothie to complete our wonderful friend visit. Never a hesitation as we asked if it was still possible to have sandwiches, it reminded us how fortunate we are to have an incredible small business in town. Thanks so much and we can’t recommend K’s enough and the variety offered here!“

I say this because I have worked in the food world before. She did everything to a very high Serve Safe Certification. Because I have the Certification I hold places to that and if not I talk to the managers about it. Again SHE was AMAZING EMPLOYEE!“

“I got food at 9:30 AM on April 25th I didn't catch the woman's name but she was outstanding with the way that she handled service and the care that she put into making the sandwich she actually put the time into making sure that it was made right so that it would taste the best it possibly could She clearly really cares about any work she does and makes even making a sandwich an art form I was really grateful for this experience you guys have a great person working for you. And the shredded rotisserie chicken was delicious I've never been at a Subway that did this She said she shredded it herself and clearly puts love into The food Highly recommend“
