From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the most amazing staff who immediately made me feel welcome and at home, even though I’m not from the area. The location is easy to access, the restaurant is super clean and tidy, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. My food was delicious (Dave’s #4) and the team went above and beyond my expectations. I truly wouldn’t have picked any other lunch option. If I could give this place 10 out of 5 stars (or more), I definitely would. “It's a gas station and it's a little hood, there may be people standing around outside and you may occasionally get asked for a little change but not normally and they usually are polite and hold the door for you. Don't let that stop you though because that chicken is worth the walk, wait, and interacting with a few nice people for a couple minutes. This is the best chicken in the city, no doubt 👌 it's usually pretty fast and you can grab smokes, gas, drinks, a new pipe, some dinner, and they have gambling machines, if you're looking for a little fun too.“

“The krispy krunchy chicken in Racine is a Gem ! The atmosphere is very inviting , its a perfect for a cozy lunch or dinner. I ordered many dishes from there and it was absolutely delicious. the flavors were perfectly balanced and the ingredients were fresh. The service was good and staff were very friendly and attentive , and the prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great meal and a pleasant dining experience in Racine.“

“When you visit the BP it's inside. That's the first wonderful smell your greeted with. There are many choices of food there but the Chester's has been there forever and is still the King. You know it's good when available for breakfast.“

“Is Popeyes the best fried chicken I’ve ever had in my life, no but it is very good & extremely consistent so I am a very frequent customer as the flavor is very good overall. Every time I have ever been to this location I have to say that the chicken is always hot & very good. They really have a good product and it has become a go to place overall. The employees have always been very professional and I have to say that the blueberry lemon cheesecake was awesome in my most recent visit. If it want some quick chicken this is a place that I visit on a regular basis. The Cajun mashed potatoes also are a nice change to other offerings as they have a bit of a kick which is an enjoyable flavor change to mainstream mashed potatoes that I quite enjoy and I always end up getting a double set of them for sides. I highly recommend this location and although it is busy often, it’s worth stopping by as they are decently quick when going through the drive through. Lastly, their chicken sandwich is the only one I like with the pickles and I have to say that they compliment the awesome chicken sandwich that they have at Popeyes.“

“My partner and I are staying nearby and decided to enjoy some Popeyes for our supper tonight. I placed my order online and waited at a table for our order to come up, in the app you cannot specify dine in only delivery or carryout. I had wanted a cherry coke (p.s. the cherry coke was flat and I was super disappointed by that) but also was not able to specify this in app so after I received confirmation of our payment I proceeded to the front to ask to pour my own soda. The cashier was a delight, polite,very helpful and accommodating. A couple orders came up and the caller only shouted a number and I was a little confused by the process as I did not have a number on my receipt so I walked up to view the receipts. The second time I did this, I am assuming here so forgive me if I am wrong, the manager snapped at me that is NOT your order ma'am. I walked back to my table a little perturbed by his attitude. He had taken the food back into the kitchen and then came to our table demanding to see my receipt. I admit I was offended and my response was I don't have one as I tried to open up my app. I asked why he needed my receipt to which he aggressively said with his arms in the air that he was just trying to help find my order. He had walked back into the kitchen at this point. I finally was able to pull up the receipt in my app and showed another staff member who proceeded to walk my order to me. I walked back to the table checking if all my order was in there, it wasn't so I had to walk back to the counter and ask for the 3pc tender that was missing.

Food was great as it always is. Cherry coke was a HUGE letdown it was flat and so I had replaced that with a strawberry Fanta, that was refreshing. Whoever spoke with me was rather unpleasant and I was very irked by his attitude overall. That said I am in the service industry and understand we all have good days and bad. I am going to chalk up his attitude to an off day. I hope he has a better one tomorrow. I will be back again soon.“
