“The food, service, and atmosphere here is excellent. I’ve been here before and they have some of the best cheese curds I’ve ever had. We also got their sour cream and chive fries which were good but I’d recommend their truffle fries over these ones. I ordered the steak tacos and they were very well seasoned and delicious. “I love this place, I love to sit at the counter when I go Ogdens for breakfast. As a person who loves engaging in conversation with others, I take great joy in striking up a conversation with a total stranger, and only to discover we’re not strangers, we are friends who have met for the first time. “I've always been a big fan of Monty's, so I was excited to try a new menu item steak and eggs. The steak came covered in a sauce that wasn't indicated on the menu. The steak was extremely overdone and the crispy potatoes were anything but. I ordered online so there was no place to indicate how I wanted the steak cooked. This won't stop me from ordering again as most of their food has always been very good. Just thought you should know.“

“They have very good food but the staff makes peanuts and is hungry for tips. I usually try to tip 20-25%. However one time when I got the bill it was way more than I had expected and I didn't have the funds to leave a tip. I felt really bad. To top it off I was told if I couldn’t tip better. don't come back. I instead of 2 drinks costing $13.00.(like the other businesses on the block)The bill was $21. I would have been leaving at least $5, but now I couldn’t. I feel the staff is a bunch of snooty college students, living off their rich parents dime.“

“The Atwood is great. They are firm believers in keeping their guests entertained. They have Wiis and other video games around with plenty of controllers to play plenty of drop-in style games.

We rented their basement last year for an event and it was great.“

“Okay this place is KILLER for tacos. The scorcher, the New Guy, and the Old guy tacos were amazing. Just had the nachos for the first time and I'm pretty sure I had an out of body experience or something. So good. My friends said the oysters were good too. The only thing that I had that was not a culinary masterpiece was the Islander taco. It was just bland by comparison to the other yummy stuff there.“

“The place was super chill and we were the only customer there. Pizza and tots came out fresh n hot! I got the vegan option and it was so fluffy and savory! The sweet bbq sauce taste is strong a little too sweet for me since there was pineapples on it too but I would order again! The tots were surprisingly super good! I wasn’t expecting much but it was so crispy and tossed in something cause we finish it pretty quick.“

“First time my mom and I came to visit and we were very impressed with the atmosphere which felt rustic and homey. The coffee was delicious and the cream cheese raspberry muffin we had was fantastic.

“It was great the atmosphere is very nice and peaceful, the location was great it's not in downtown Madison on state street like the other one and you can actually find a place to park which is great. The pizza was 10/10. The building is so cool. Don't know why some karen left a 2 star review because they wouldn't give her free pizza that doesn't seem fair at all to the business. Paid $26 for 4 slices of pizza total, and 2 canned sodas for 2 people to eat. The employees we dealt with were friendly.

“It’s an Olive Garden, plain and simple. You want pasta, you’ll get it. You want moderate pricing, you’ll get it. Walked in and waited for 15 minutes, got to our table and started destroying our free bread and salad (get at least 1 salad to help balance the demonic amount of delicious carbs you’re gonna be ingesting).

We got shrimp alfredo, chicken alfredo, and shrimp carbonara. The carbonara is my personal preference as it’s more creamy compared to alfredo but they’re all pretty good.

I will say the staff here are super nice and they really made the experience way better. Asking lots of questions and always following up for more bread, salad, more bread, water, drinks, and more bread.“
