You park, text the # on the sign with the name and phone # you used ordering.A super nice comes out to ask your name, then bring out your order, confirms your order and has one of the charging devices. Done in a sec. He was so grateful for the tip. Best service ever.I got crab Rangoon (delicious!], and tried the Walnut chicken with walnut sweet white sauce. I should have asked for the sauce on the side. It was so thick and way too sweet. Definitely will go back and get something more familiar next time.I recommend!“
“Ordered delivery from Door Dash. Excellent meal. Sesame Chicken was delicious and real breaded chicken with a delightful sauce. Combo Lo Mein dish was spectacular! Tasty thin pan fried noodles with a light and tasty sauce loaded with beef, chicken, shrimp and vegetables. Everything was fresh and crispy. This is authentic and made from scratch and not frozen food service Chinese. Most likely one of the best Chinese meals I've had. Just moved here and will be my go to for Chinese Food.“

“Coffee with Pips visited Emperor's Kitchen on April 16th, 2024 This restaurant is located on the second level of an above-average retail space. The big windows overlook a large parking lot surrounded by several upscale businesses, including Kopp's Frozen Custard, which is a must-go place when visiting Wisconsin. We were seated immediately at a clean table, nothing fancy, however, there was ample room to dine, unlike some restaurants. The decor wasn't anything special, however not distracting either. Only minutes after we were seated, our waitress acknowledged our presence and was very kind. We had a little time to study the menu, and we were very pleased with the selection, the menu was basic, but it did offer a nice selection of items. I ordered the Sesame Chicken Sesame Chicken which is a dish commonly found in Chinese restaurants throughout the United States and Canada. My assistant ordered the Beef Chop Suey, which she appeared to enjoy very much. The Sesame Chicken was absolutely out of this world, not bad at all, I enjoyed the tender pieces of battered chicken coated in sweet sauce and tossed in sesame seeds. The portions were huge, definitely enough for two meals... guess what I'm having for dinner tomorrow? We both ordered a Diet Coke, however, beware... this tasted more like seltzer, not like Diet Coke at all, and at $4.50 each, the small glasses of what was said to be Diet Coke were a disappointment, to say the least. We mentioned this and were told, "Hmmm don't know what could be wrong with it." Because of the high cost of our drinks, and no real concern shown by the staff, is the reason why Emperor's Kitchen earned a 4.5-star rating instead of 5 stars which they would've received if they had taken these drinks off the check. Don't get me wrong, Emperor's Kitchen is a 1-restaurant operation, and we applaud small businesses that struggle to stay in business, but it's the little things that customers remember, and some may be turned off by, resulting in negative feedback. Taking the drinks off the check would have been the right thing to do. But overall, our meals were well worth it, and no complaints, other than the seltzer water we were served. I will definitely visit Emperor's Kitchen again, and I highly recommend this restaurant, minus the sodas, stick with the free water. “My husband is not crazy about Chinese food, however, he LOVED the beef and mushroom dish and so did I. Lots of flavor and generous with the meat and wonderful large mushrooms. “We've never eaten in the restaurant, but we've happily been doing takeout for the last 10 years.Our orders have always been correct and piping hot. When we do order, there is easily enough food to split an entree between dinner and then have enough leftover for lunch the next day. I'm particularly fond of the Triple Flower Chicken. “The easiest Christmas I have ever had. Ordered sesame chicken, pork and pea pods, pork fried rice, egg rolls. NOTED, they now make their own egg rolls and they are great. I ordered hunan chicken. I goofed ordering that because it is HOT, too hot for me. White rice included. Ordered the sugared doughnuts. Food and service was great. They were open the 24th and 25th for pick ups. Just sat waiting for my company drinking my Andre’s pink champagne. My favorite Chinese restaurant to go to.“
