“The pizzas we eventually received tasted great. The PM app to order the pizzas is very slow and not customer friendly. We ended up calling the local store to order our pizzas. The staff and service at the Verona, WI PM store were wonderful to work with on the online ordering app and we're very professional. Great staff!“

The middle of the pizza was soggy and yes I follow the instructions. Will stick with my cowboy the original way. Maybe if you pinch the crust a little more and give room for the middle might help. “My wife and I traveled to Madison this week and were looking for a good pizza to have delivered to our hotel. As someone who travels a lot and is a HUGE pizza person. I can honestly say this pizza was great, which is really tough to say for a pizza that’s been delivered. A healthy amount of cheese, tasty sauce, well cooked pizza with great crust. “We actually quite like Mod Pizza. The subway style pizza is fantastic. You tell them what you want, they build it and the toppings don't cost extra, maybe that's even a little better than subway. They cook it up for you and you get an amazing thin crust pizza made just the way you want it. Their no name cake is amazing. We also love the marinberry lemonade. Can't pass that up. The service is sometimes hit or miss. The last visit some of the staff seemed very frazzled, lacked hair nets or control of their hair, just seemed to lack some of the food service hygiene. This was rhe first experience with that, normally the staff is very composed and tidy. That was a bit of a turnoff this visit. Price wise, they aren't bad. They are on par with just about any fast food place and the food is better than most. We will continue to visit but hopefully they can tidy up the food service hygiene.“

It’s a bit of an awkward wait (longer than you’d expect), and I wouldn’t recommend eating at the tables inside unless the weather is poor. Go outside and enjoy the view!

“We came in on a Monday night in the summer. We have been coming here a lot recently. We love the food! Pizza is great, salads and meatballs too! Our table tonight was two young kids and two adults. Most people wouldn't want our table. Servers don't like kids. I assume that means low bill and low tip. However, my husband and I have worked in the restaurant business for a long time! We know how to tip and never order off the kids menu. We were told our server Lydia would be with us shortly. However she never came by. I had to ask for service after we came in to eat and we're very hungry. It was my daughter's birthday and they just got done with Ju Jitsu practice. My daughter told me she was starving. I know! She never came to the table. We were ignored for a while and told to order at the counter. There were open tables and not too many people in the restaurant. Thank you to the shift manager who finally helped us. We also asked Lydia to help with our check at the end and she told us she couldn't help us. She was so rude! Thanks Lydia. If you go on a weekday you might not even get service unless you ask. We'll be back to eat the food and hope we don't ever get Lydia. She was only serving two tables and both were finished before we got our food. She was not that busy but decided she didn't want to serve us.“

“I love their quality of pizza but the I’ve had a few problems with their costumer service they have taken a while to make just one pizza (at the West Towne Mall in Madison) even though I’ve gotten free pizza because of the problem, I still had to wait and I had to run arrands. The pizza is delicious! I've thoroughly enjoyed the mac and cheese, smoky bbq, and buffalo chicken pizzas. The totzza was pretty fun, too. They also have a selection of vegan pizzas, which are pretty tasty and make this a great location to bring family/friends with varied dietary restrictions or preferences.
The staff at this location are always super friendly and proactively apply discounts if they have one available for the day, which is awesome.

“Beautiful restaurant down to every small detail. We had some delicious cocktails and cheese curds! For dinner, we had the Brinner burger and Fafael pita. The burger was a smash burger and perfectly cooked. Can't beat an egg and hashbrown patty on a burger as well! The pita was soft & fresh with a flavorful filling. I didn’t know that there was a hockey game that night so it was quite busy but our server was very nice and accommodating despite how many tables he had.
