“I will be honest- I had lower expectations when we walked it. The interior could use a small upgrade. But holy cow- the food was amazing and service was fantastic. We drove a bit over an hour just to camp, I would do that again just to come here again. Prices are very reasonable, drinks are strong, burgers are out of this world- the perfect Wisconsin pub.“

“I recently moved to Newburg and was excited to see all of the new restaurant options to check out. My first experience was take out of Cork N Barrel (which is walking distance from my house!)I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger Wrap, the Black n Blue Burger, the Barrel Burger, and the Jumbo Patty Melt with a side of Mac n cheese instead of fries.I was a little confused where to go to pick up my food, but was quickly pointed to the kitchen area up the steps.(When you walk in it just looks like a bar). Parking on the street was easy to find. The macaroni and cheese was delicious!! I will definitely be getting that again. The barrel burger and the jumbo petty melt were amazing!! I think the patty malt was my favorite thing so far. The black and blue burger was pretty good except it was a little disappointed how simple it was. But everything was cooked to perfection!!Next time I might try eating there instead of take out because it looks like a great atmosphere.Highly recommend!“

“We got the tempura cauliflower for an appetizer, which was good. I was surprised the sauce came on the side, I would have assumed it'd be tossed, but the portion size was generous and tasty. I got the hipster sandwich, which was a lot and definitely not able to be picked up. I feel like less is more with this dish. I don't think it needs as many toppings and it would still have been delicious. My husband got the Friday fish fry beer battered and smashed potatoes. The coleslaw was good and we're generally not coleslaw fans but the dill dressing made it stand out. The location is amazing, would return again.“

Fresh, hot and gooey. Lisa was our server both times. Even tho she was slammed with a full bar and big party in the back, she made sure we were happy. Great place in a tiny town. Go!“

“My lemon drop martini was disappointingwhich is upsetting when it's so expensive and not even topped off. It tasted like all lemon juice no vodka or simple syrup. Cheese curds could have a different plating so they don't come all stuck together in a greasy lump. Baked potato was underwhelming and seemed old. My prime rib was cooked perfectly just lacking in seasoning. The French onion soup was delicious.“

“If you are in the Port Washington area, do yourself a favor and stop by this place. The food is delicious. They have a pretty decent variety of choices, including shawarma and falafel. The real draw here though is the custard. It’s smooth, creamy and delicious. They have daily flavors/specials that are always worth considering. A lot of the specials sauces are made in house and are phenomenal. Today’s orange and cranberry was a refreshing blend of sweet and tart.“

“The parking here is horrible so if you are handicap I would advise eating here early ! We got here at 545 pm on a Friday night and we couldn't find a place to park. We walked inside and checked in for our reservation. We sat at the bar and had a drink. The bartender working Friday night WAS VERY EASY ON THE EYES ! lol. After our first drink we were seated at a table right by the window. Our waitress was funny and was prompt getting us drinks. We ordered cheese curds and mozzarella sticks. Cheese curds were okay but mozzarella sticks were so good. I ordered the salmon with salsa it was okay. The ribs were fall off the bone. The seafood trio was good but a small portion size. The steak and shrimp was good I was told. We ordered cheesecake to go and that was okay. I like my cheesecake less fluffy. For four people who had two drinks each bill was $230.“

“After a HORRIFIC night going to 2 restaurants prior (1. Was a hour+ wait & 2. was the WORST food we have ever been served in a restaurant leaving with only eating 2 bites.) We decided to stop at In Between the Greens on our way home in hopes to just eat SOMETHING for our date night before going home to get kids to bed. It was a busy Friday night and our wait for a table was maybe 10 minutes. Our waitress was quick, attentive, & the sweetest women! (Thank you Carrie for turning our night around!) the food was phenomenal as always! We highly recommend the Reuben or the Grilled chicken BLT wrap! Atmosphere is upbeat and pretty family friendly!“

“The 3 of us had a very short time for lunch while our dog was with the Vet. We were directed upstairs and into the terrace view. The young man was so helpful and really exemplified the friendliness of Port Washington. We had been in an auto for. 5 hrs and under some stress of the specialized vet visit for our very distressed pet. He directed us to the terrace, turned the music down and the atmosphere was just what we all needed . The view of the bay, the sunshine , quiet and such friendliness of our waiter really was perfect the food was also perfect We had 2 the fish sandwiches with onion rings and fries and a plain burger. It arrived very fresh, fast and hot. We would definitely come back and I have recommended it to friends visiting the area. I hope to meet our waiter in our north woods one day. May I suggest that the chamber or whomever does the website review said typical bar food. That almost made us not come here thinking just pizza or prepkgd food deep fried. I am really glad it was a Monday because some others were not opened. They failed to mention the spectacular view, the whole staff welcomed us in and also wished us well. The menu is not typical at all.and the food well prepared and delicious with great welcoming service.“

“We hadn't been here for a couple of years. If there hadn't been cars in the parking lot, I would have thought it was an abandoned building. Parking lot full of weeds as well as the entrance was overgrown. Upon entering the bar area, the carpet was black in the traffic area. We had reservations & were seat right away. We understand places are short staffed so we were patient. While waiting @ our window table, it was quite apparent that the windows had not been washed in years, the railing outside was thick in bird droppings as was the deck. The gutters of the adjoining building were packed full. Our server was kind but certainly overwhelmed. Food was ok but I'm wondering what the kitchen looks like given the state of the building inside & out. Sadly, I know Five Pillars has been around for a long time but we will not be back nor would I recommend.“
