“Very comfortable place. The ribs with a great dry rub and homemade BBQ sauce on the side were very good and tender. The ribeye stake was one of the best I've had in years. The perch were lighty breaded and tender. We will definitely be back. Very good bourbon selection as well.“
“Typical quaint old school breakfast restaurant. This was my first time here. Had the over easy eggs, bacon, hash browns, and whole wheat toast.Eggs were perfectly over easy, bacon was cooked perfect as well. The hash browns were crisp on the outside and creamy on the inside. The toast was from home made wheat bread and was great. The servers were very friendly and our coffee cup was never close to empty.Nice small town little restaurant. Give it a try if you're in Kewaskum.“
“I've been wanting to come here for years and finally tried them. I waited too long to come here. We had the Captains Catch which is perch, jumbo shrimp, and choice of haddock or cod. Their perch isn't boney like most places are. Their clam chowder is the best in the area. Their haddock had good texture and flavor as well. It's a big place and parking is plentiful. Can't wait to come back here!“
“This café has really great food! We dine in and pick up often for lunch and are never disappointed. I just ordered 3 different homemade soups and the best lemon sugar cookies for a baby shower and everyone asked who made them. They were a huge hit! (Cr. of Mushroom, Tomato Basil & White Chicken Chili)They also have the best staff around. Thank you for all you do!“
“The food was absolutely delicious! Service at the bar was slow and we weren't checked on or offered refills on drinks as I hoped - very beautiful atmosphere but very warm/sticky upstairs. For two people with an app, two drinks, two steak dinners, and two desserts with a tip was around $160+“
“Very friendly staff. Super cute spot!!**They do let you know right away that they are short staffed and that there can be a bit of a wait. The honesty was appreciated, so we knew to anticipate a longer wait for service & food.**Came in on a weekday morning. Moderately busy. Two guests in our party. Same food order. The only difference was egg type. One order was correct, the other not. - Not sure what happened there...My order was missing one of the two eggs, the hashbrowns were missing the recommended additons to them, and the wrong kind of toast came out.The incorrect order was acknowledged, and missing items were brought out individually, as they were prepared. I declined to have the hashbrowns remade due to time. The server was apologetic for the errors. The upcharge for the additons was removed from the bill, and I was given a cup of coffee to go. ?I'm not giving a negative review, I do recommend checking Skinny Vic's out. I feel that it is important to share the experience so future patrons know what to expect. This place has good food and great service. Due to staffing challenges, I think some kinks need to be worked out and in time... When staffing improves, this place will be even better!“
“Hidden gem is exactly the correct term for this place. We just had our first visit, and we will be back - even though it's an hour drive for us. Everything was spot on and at very reasonable prices. And watch out for the $4 old Fashioneds, because they don't skimp on the booze one bit, lol.“
“One of our favorites!!! Not only is it next to our horses but the company & food is always great. Mike and X are pleasant and fun. Always make our experience personal (might be regulars) ?Burgers are great…and of course the fish fry is great too! Nice that it’s available Thursdays & Saturdays as well.“
“Probably the best reuben I've ever had. The ratio of meat to kraut and bread was perfect. The chicken and dumpling soup was also fantastic.Staff was super nice. Very welcoming and attentive.I will definitely be returning to try more of their dishes.“
“I am not usually a big fan of potatoes with breakfast, but their baby reds were out of this world. I could have eaten a huge plate of them. We shared a pancake and it was big and fluffy, as was the omelet. Small diner, but they also have counter seats and the decor is very nostalgic.“
“On Wednesday it's all you can eat smelts. I love this place, I've only been to this place 2 times and plan to go often. I have loved smelts since I was a little girl and now I was told about this place from my next door neighbor that knows that I love smelts. They open at 11:00 a. m. But you have to make a reservation it will be best because it will get packed fast.Parking: Small parking lot“
“2nd time there with college friends. Fantastic both times. Had the Twisted Pear Burger. Med rare as ordered (they asked!). Loved the gorgonzola cheese and fig jam. Get the cheese curds too. Fresh, hot and gooey. Lisa was our server both times. Even tho she was slammed with a full bar and big party in the back, she made sure we were happy. Great place in a tiny town. Go!“
“My husband and I had checked the menu out prior to going there. We arrived right at opening on a Wednesday. There were 7 vehicles there already. Doors opened right at 4pm. The way they did their seating was different than I was used to. When you walk in you go to the hostess stand and sign in as well as order your food. This was an all you can eat night and it was served family style. You would get called to your table when your food was ready. That was great. The waitress was alone in serving the food. She did an excellent job keeping up with the all you can eat. The diner is small with approximately 13 tables. The bartender was very nice as well. The prices of food and drinks were very reasonable.“
“This food is absolutely great every time my girlfriend asked me where I want to eat. This is what I say.Billy sims she says I’m gonna play it out but I don’t think I can ever get tired of me Billy sims let me just say The meat is perfectly cooked. The sauce is amazing and it has an amazing taste and kicked to it. Love this place first barbecue place I actually love thank you for an amazing meal. I can say it’s a little pricey a meal for two you’re definitely 20 bucks n up but so worth itParking: It’s like a pretty nice size parking lot with a couple businesses in it“
“Both times we have visited or gotten takeout from WBC, the food has been great, service awesome, and the desserts even better. The parking lot can be a bit tight based on the nature of its location and size, but it’s not a huge problem. Glad to have this business in my neighborhood!“
“Excellent fun place, but it is set up to be a little crowded while bowling. The people that came in next to us were super angry that my granddaughter and her friend were sitting in what were 2 unused chairs at an unused lane. But, definitely going back.“
“Great space! The vibe and ambiance is spot on for what West Bend needs. Whether having dinner with your family to conversations with friends over drinks, there's something for everyone. Food is great especially if on a time constraint.“
“Food was good enough. Burgers were all well done even though it's not what we ordered. Waffle fries were delicious! Overall it's a decent place to eat-in. We did take-out twice and it was pretty bad.Kid-friendliness: They have crayons and coloring menus for the kids! I feel like noone does this anymore. Good fun!“
“I ordered for delivery through Door Dash. The online ordering didn't allow for later delivery. The system said it allows orders up to 2:20 pm. That's what I experienced. Otherwise ordering online was easy.I ordered bar chips, it's house made thick potato chips. I really enjoyed the bar chips, they were good warm or cold.I ordered the spinach salad, it came with sliced mushrooms, carrots, small cherry tomatoes, croutons, diced hard boiled egg, and lots of fresh spinach. Came with grilled, seasoned, sliced chicken. Bacon salad dressing on the side. Huge, fresh, tasty, salad and salad dressing. I don't recall adding chicken to top my salad, it was a nice surprise. I also received a dinner roll and butter, it was in the salad container.I ordered a 12 piece chicken wings tossed in bbq sauce. They were tasty and meaty like the menu and reviews said.March 23, 2024I ordered through Google maps and Door Dash.I had a two piece fish fry, two big pieces of deep fried cod, slice of marbled rye bread, tartar sauce and a small cup of coleslaw. Very good. This time I ordered dessert, the turtle cheesecake, a big slice of cheesecake, drizzled with chocolate syrup and topped with pecans. Very creamy and heavenly yummy.“
“Jokers 5 has pretty yummy food. Like their fish fry, those are the best. They have almost every kind of fish, except for fish fillet and fish sticks, but that’s okay. It’s still pretty yummy and I love to eat fish. Unless there’s too many bones. Then that’ll be a problem. They have other yummy foods too, but mostly fish and fries. The employees are nice and helpful to us, but the wait’s can be a little long sometimes. So we just gotta sit and wait. A little loud too. Not too loud though. Other than that, it’s a decent place to eat at. Please go there sometime. Hope their business can stay opened.????Parking: It’s pretty easy to find parking, but with the snow, it gets kinda tricky. So please park your car behind the building.“
“You gotta come for the fish fry! Great portion sizes and tasty flights of drinks so you can try different flavors. Nice patio in the warmer months too. They're usually always busy though so expect a wait especially if you're coming on a Friday or Saturday.“
“I ordered through Google maps and had my food delivered by Door Dash. I discovered that George Webb delivers from their sign on the building. Ordering was easy and came in 30 minutes.I ordered the brew pub burger. It was a big hamburger patty well done, loaded with cheese, bacon, and pickles on a toasted bun.Came with a choice of a side, I had potato wedges with cheese sauce for dipping. Nice big pieces of potato and crispy.“
“Features: No precautions that I noted so we quit going during Covid but now we're back and really enjoy the staff and the food is usually excellent. We have dined here about 8 times in the last 4 years and they have never disappointed.“
“El pigs butt has friendly staff, super tasty food and a fun atmosphere. Even have specials that aren't on the menu like the tacos in the picture that are steak, lobster sauce and mushroom special from Valentines day. Wings are crunchy but tender on the inside and very flavorful. We visit often with our family!Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu and kid friendly cups.“
